From the very beginning, the communication was extremely friendly, fast, and helpful. Even when there was a mix-up with one of the parts, the team handled everything professionally and without any hassle. They immediately took responsibility and sent out the correct part.

The quality of the parts is excellent – you can really see and feel the workmanship. Everything is well made and built to last.

Shipping to Germany also worked well. There was a small delay due to customs, but B&B Off Road stayed in contact with me the whole time and even followed up with the shipping company.
