Easy online order, my bbq gas had ran out, ordered on a Sunday and arrived 3 days later. Delivery was pain free as I was sent through location of driver and knew the exact time of arrival.

Need to communicate better
While the delivery was fine, it says 3/4 days. If it’s 3 days fine, if it’s 4 fine but give your customers an indication of when you’re thinking. I ordered on a Tuesday evening and it didn’t arrive until late the following Tuesday.

Apologies for the longer wait with your order.
Our free delivery option is currently 3–4 working days and, due to the bank holiday period, your delivery fell on the following Tuesday. We understand this may have been frustrating and appreciate your feedback regarding clearer communication on expected timings.
We group free deliveries together to help reduce journeys and improve efficiency. We do however offer a next day delivery service for £5 at checkout if you ever need an order more urgently in future.
