Terrible experience. I placed an order and waited 10 days without receiving any update. I called and left a message about the status of my order, but nobody got back to me. I had to call again, and only then was I told that the product I ordered was unavailable.

Why list a product for sale and accept payment if it’s out of stock or unavailable? They should have notified me immediately instead of leaving me waiting and forcing me to chase them for information.

Very poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend BBQ Generals.

I would advise that you do not purchase from BBG General, I purchased a True Flame power burner and it came with missing parts. I got zero assistance from them, except to tell me that all I have to do is unwrap the burner and everything should be working fine. This is after I sent photos of the power burner with the missing parts. Use a reputable online company or go to a physical store for your purchase.

BUYER BEWARE — Do not order from BBQ Generals.

I placed an order for a Blackstone 28" Airfryer Griddle Station on May 8th and was given a 2-3 day shipping window. What followed was two weeks of ignored calls, broken promises, and complete indifference to my situation.

After hearing nothing by May 16th, I called customer service. I was promised a callback Monday morning. It never came. I called and emailed Monday afternoon — no response. Same on Tuesday. Wednesday I finally got through, was promised an immediate follow-up — nothing. Called back Wednesday afternoon and was told the item was out of stock, but that management was "working on a replacement." Still no callback. I left messages and emails Thursday and Friday morning with no response.

At 2:30 PM this Friday — the day before I'm hosting family at our new home — I received an abrupt order cancellation with no explanation or apology. I now have no grill and no time to find one.

Perhaps most insulting: while ignoring my repeated attempts to get answers, BBQ Generals had the time to send me two emails pushing an extended warranty on a product they apparently never had in stock.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. There are plenty of reputable outdoor retailers who will actually deliver on their promises. Please shop elsewhere and save yourself this ordeal.

Had a great experience with this company. I purchased appliances for an outdoor kitchen and received my items within the timeline mentioned on their site. Highly recommend.

Do not order from this company. I am in the process of sorting out the status of my order and I'm afraid I've just been scammed out of my money. I placed an order for an in stock item in December being told it would be delivered by early January. The day passes and I send an email to which I find out the item was never in stock to begin with. That's red flag number 1. Then I was told it would be in stock and delivered mid February. It's been radio silence ever since. Do not ever order from this train wreck of a company. Their address does not even go to a store front. I wish I did more research this whole operation screams scam. They then replied to my yelp review stating I was lying about everything. This is a horrible company save yourself the nightmare.
