Easy to navigate and ordering easy product arrived in a timely manner and exactly as advertised
Their "Our Price Match Guarantee" is…
Their "Our Price Match Guarantee" is all marketing and fluff. I found a Kamado Joe Big Joe III on sale from their competitor for 2399. They would not price match it OR do what they say that they would do in their policy which is "If the price is actually below our cost (plus shipping and handling), we'll offer the product to you at our cost (plus shipping and handling)." Nothing in their price match "Guarantee" states that Kamado Joe is excluded although that was what I was told by multiple representatives. The price match request came from an advertisement from one of their "Authorized online retailers". It is a marketing scam, and I would be VERY weary of buying from this company. If they are not honest on their website and website policies, I have no confidence that they will honestly do business and do right by a customer. I have asked for a manager to explain the decision of denying my price match on at least 4 different occasions. Each time, I was assured that a manager was looking into it and would call me back. Each time, no manager has attempted to call or even email. How would service be if I did purchase and something went wrong? I have ZERO confidence that this establishment would be helpful in any regard. Now, I have dealt with multiple sales people at BBQGuys through this experience and there is a male sales rep named Tyler (I believe) who was very nice. If Tyler (or Taylor not sure) was running the show or was a manager, I would have more confidence in this company and their ability to service the customer.
TLDR
They don't abide by their "Our Price Match Guarantee". If they sell you a bold faced lie on their website, wont let you talk to a manager, they'll probably sell you a bold faced lie as a product and leave you on a island when you have a problem.

I had one item damaged by shipping on one of my orders and the new one was shipped the same day, no questions or shipping costs charged.
As I contractor it is a needle in a haystack to find a distributor like BBQ GUYS.

Before placing order I was told 3-5 days shipping time. Following day after I ordered the grill I got email stating shipping date will be 14 days. Big difference!! What good does it do to ask about shipping date?
Update- I have to give BBQ GUYS a big Thank You!! I actually received my grill today, December 9, 2025. It only took a total of 7 days from date of my order to when the grill arrived. I think that is very acceptable. Thank you for the great service!
My experience was top notch
My experience was top notch. Website is easy to use. Has a ton of information on their products. Easy to compare models. Most impressive to me was the delivery time. From the time of the email order receipt to when the product arrived was 56hrs. 190lb pallet delivered in perfect condition. Very happy customer.
Poor customer service
BBQ Guys should Invest in shipping materials and pay attention to how items are packaged. The item that I ordered was placed in a broken down box that was too large for the item and item was not properly wrapped. Shipping department clearly has much room for improvement.

Bought a Mont Alpi grill Island online after researching what would work best for our family.
The purchase was simple and fast.
But even before I had received the grill and island I seen that the price was significantly reduced, so I called customer service and inquired about it.
She understood and even though it might not be standard procedure she went ahead and matched the sales price.

Bought an upgraded granite top for the TV cabinet with 360 degree swivel TV lift for an extra $1k. Turned out to be too heavy for the tv lift to lift. Reached out in hope of exchanging the granite top for the lighter aluminum top and was forced to buy the aluminum top for $450. No exchange possible for the $1k upgraded granite top. DO NOT BUY the granite top it’s too heavy for the lift and you will lose $1,000 stick with the aluminum and save yourself $1,450 and a lot of frustration.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased multiple Blaze BBQ outdoor kitchen appliances around 4 years ago, which they claim had lifetime warranty. I purchased a Blaze LTE 32" grill, infrared burner, Blaze LTE double side burner, outdoor fridge, sink, and spent over $3000. Little by little various parts started to deteriorate. LED lights stopped working, infrared burner rusted and parts broke off. The latest problem was that the Blaze LTE double side burner caught fire underneath and almost set my entire outdoor kitchen on fire as well. When I look underneath, I see multiple elements completely corroded and a huge gas leak on the line that feeds both burners. I contacted customer service and sent photos, videos, and even photos of all the burnt hair from my arms. My small daughter was close by and was almost burnt as well. I asked them for either a replacement burner or ALL the parts to fix it. I contacted BBQ Guys back in June 2025, and It's now been over 3 months and nothing has gotten resolved. After 2 months, they send just a couple of parts but the main ones are missing. You call and they don't answer or call you back. You send emails and they don't respond until more than 2 weeks later. They keep saying they're "working on a resolution with Blaze", although BBQ Guys and Blaze grills are owned by the same company. It's a complete scam and they just try to wear you out so you stop calling or emailing. Buy your outdoor kitchen equipment somewhere else, because if you ever have a problem, they WILL NOT honor the warranty or give you the proper customer service. Only when you're a new buyer do they answer the call. I wish I could post photos here of the fire damage.

Nothing was right on my order
Nothing was right on my order! I ordered a ledge lounger in pool set (advertised as a set) 2 chairs and I side table that is also an ice bucket. I received one chair (not even the right one) and a table, also not the right one! How is this even possible?
I notified Bbqguys not even 10 minutes after this was delivered, I spoke to Pinky, she said it would be corrected and the items would be overnighted, that was 5 days ago! Yesterday I got an email stating they needed me to to send photos of what I received as well as the item numbers. And explain in detail what I ordered! With item numbers. Which I did, even though I don’t believe it’s my job to tell them what they shipped me! I got an auto reply email back saying 3-5 days for a response!

Great company and super fast service and shipping
I literally ordered the grill one afternoon from my work Laptop and next day my wife said what is being delivered as the truck unloaded my new grill. Amazingly fast as I didn’t even have shipping info. Yet but so happy it came quick. The online process with BBQGuys was super easy and this is the 2nd Napoleon grill I’ve ordered from them. Very streamlined process and happy with the interface.I’d highly recommend ordering your grills and supplies here.
