Pas op, BCA Autoveiling NL licht mensen op! Ik heb onlangs een Ford Ranger gekocht bij BCA Autoveiling NL. Alle informatie over bedrijf en auto leek te kloppen (BTW-nummer, bedrijfsadres, autoregistratie). Na controle van de proforma-factuur opgesteld door een verkoper van BCA Autoveiling NL, heb ik deze betaald. De auto zou binnen 3-7 dagen worden geleverd. Sindsdien heb ik niets meer gehoord en geen auto ontvangen. Ondanks aangifte bij de politie van oplichting heeft het bedrijf niet gereageerd op een aangetekend verzoek om het bedrag terug te betalen.
Very different experience (car collected) than others
After reading reviews, I was initially worried about my end-of-lease car inspection and collection. However, communication was excellent, with emails and texts explaining the process beforehand. On inspection day, customer support quickly provided an ETA when I reached out. The collector was friendly, explained all chargeable defects, and everything felt fair. I received confirmation and a matching report shortly after. Overall, the transaction was smooth with excellent communication

My experience with BCA raises serious concerns about misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and misleading conduct.
Vehicles are routinely described in a way that does not reflect their true condition, with significant faults either underplayed or not disclosed at all. When issues are raised post-sale, BCA’s response appears to follow a familiar pattern: delays, deflection, inconsistent explanations, and an apparent reliance on “as seen” wording to avoid accountability—even where information provided before sale was inaccurate.
What is most troubling is the contrast between how stock is presented at auction versus how similar vehicles are marketed through BCA-linked retail channels, where standards of disclosure appear noticeably higher. This creates the impression of a two-tier system: risk pushed onto buyers at auction, while quality is retained for retail.
Attempts to resolve matters reasonably were met with shifting narratives and a lack of meaningful engagement, leaving the impression that complaints are managed to exhaust the customer rather than address the issue.
Based on my experience, I would urge buyers—particularly independent traders—to exercise extreme caution, document everything, and not rely solely on auction descriptions. Transparency and fair dealing should be the baseline in this industry, and unfortunately, that was not my experience with BCA past 15 years.
Poor poor service
Poor poor service, Purchased veichle on assured report which is extra when car arrived the EML light was on put in claim , BCA collected car after being told collection day waited no one turned up three times, when car was returned I received my credit note which was less than my invoice by £100, seems like BCA charge ACC customers for their mistakes when doing assured reports, purchased car 16th Dec,25 now 6th Feb 26 still waiting for refund
Not as bad as the reviews suggest!
BCA picked up & inspected my car on behalf of my finance company at the end of a PCP agreement. Despite all the negative reviews on here, I had no issues at all and the agent came on the arranged date. Inspection was thorough but the car was pretty immaculate - only bit of damage was some minor curbing to the alloys, which the agent did mention but thankfully said it was under the threshold.
I've only dropped a star rating since they don't contact you with an expected time of arrival... and I was waiting around until gone 4PM. I'm sure it wouldn't be that difficult to communicate some sort of window to their clients (at least if it's just a indication of whether it will be a morning/afternoon pickup).

Awful cars from bca . Coincidence every time you drive a car off some lights come on dash. (Non claimable reports ) . Waste of time auctions closed can’t see cars . Photoshopped pictures online make every car look immaculate. I’ve had some terrible stock off bca.

I'm a customer waiting for my car to be picked up and they've cancelled the pick up day twice already. The second time no-one told me until I rang them at 4pm in the afternoon.

I’m a small dealer in London, I have bought 4 cars last few weeks and all had hidden faults , gearbox , engine. I’m very close to closing my doors because of BCA, I’m the only person running my small dealership, I have young family who I’m the only supporter and this Christmas I could not buy them any gifts, because of the cost I have to cover for the stitch up cars by BCA. I’m mentally distraught and I cannot turn to anyone for help. Well done BCA employees, I hope the owners and you will sleep good tonight knowing what you as a company are doing to people life’s. I can proof my case have all the evidence. How can they be allowed to run such huge business.

this company is not serious , tells the employees that they will have a fixed work schedule and that sometimes they might stay an extra hour with the possibility that the next day they could start later and finish early, but in reality, company forces them to work more than 15 hours a day and everyday minimum 15 hours of working with no time to rest but in contract is write employees have time to rest 11 hours after every working day

I bought van from them and spend 9.7k and in the BCA assured report all ok, every single element was tick green and millage was also warranted but when delivered i found it was splashing oil from dipstick straight away put the claim they send RAC to check the van and in RAC report it came up that engine is complete finished and it needs to replace. And the millage is wrong. Actual millage is 106602 but on dashboard it's showing 65252.
I also mentioned in the claim that the both rear break shoes completely finished and the brake light glass was broken and oil leaking from engine, they have rejected my all these claims and only considered the splashes from dipstick as a serious. Although in the BCA assured report all these things was mentioned good. Their BCA assured report is a joke. Now I m waiting for them to decide the claim after receiving the RAC report. Not recommended at all

10hr waiting for call, inspection and collection - nothing
Abysmal. Told by the lease company to clean car inside and out, reset everything and the company would call to let me know when they would be coming.
Waited all day and heard nothing. Tusker appoint this company for their collection logistics. In fact I had to chase on Goskers behalf and was told that cutoff for calling to state arrival time I 17:30. I have heard nothing.
They will now have to give me a specific time when they re-arrange pickup. I am a busy person and refuse to sit around a second time for 10hrs.
I can only assume that as it was scheduled for a Friday they wanted to 'clock-off' early with complete disregard for customer service.

Read all these 1 star reviews and was so nervous for my end of lease collection, but honestly it couldn’t have been better.
A fella named Paul gave us his exact ETA (down to the minute), turned up on time, did the inspection in 15 minutes and gave us £0.00 charge. Explained everything properly before signing, was really helpful and put our minds at ease. Thank you Paul!
Hopefully we don't end up with any surprise charges in the next few days, but will update this review accordingly.
