I felt treated like a person when the rug was pulled out from under me
I was blindesided by the loss of my job. My partner and I had to scramble to figure out how to keep our home as we were in the middle of remortgaging, as well as going through some intense personal circumstances. Jamie was sympathetic to the impact of the situation on my mental health. He treated me as a person, and respected my wishes to stop pushing further in negotiations when I grew concerned the offer of settlement might be revoked.

After being made redundant, I needed a solicitor, and BCM Law contacted me very quickly to offer their services.

I contacted Patrick at BCM LAW for a legal query. He took the time to listen . He explained it was not an area of law that they covered however they very kindly sign posted me to another firm. Did exactly what was requested
Jamie took the time to call me back after requesting to handle my employment redundancy settlement. As one of the co-owners of the firm, it was great to see that he not only wanted the business but was also happy to have a complimentary pre-consultancy call. Waking me through the entire process before signing the client letter. The whole team worked efficiently and ethically.
As a bonus, Jamie pushed back on my previous employee's legal team to pay my consultancy fee after I had already paid in full. I was promptly fully refunded by BCM.
I would highly recommend anyone call BCM for legal employment concerns in advance to help you make an informed decision.
