I’ve ordered a pair of jeans B Couture London, I’ve received significantly smaller size, I wanted to return it through the website form, but on the website it says that they are still on their way, that they haven’t arrived yet, I received a parcel 7 days ago. I can’t return it due to the face that they’re still “on their way”

2 different sizes for my nearly 11 year…
2 different sizes for my nearly 11 year old, first one 12 to 13 too small, second one I bought was 14 to 15 and it's to small in the arms, she's a average size 10 year old who now needs a adult jumper which is double the price

If I had one criticism it would be that as I'd never ordered before I paid for the returns just in case which I didn't need - which is good news for the quality and fit I suppose!

The oversize hoodies are nice not as good as some other major.players bit also massive sizing issue large in hoodie is more like medium and the tshirts oh dear dont know if its simple the design but i ordered xl which would usually fit from anywhere but these xl tshirts are xl for penguins i laughed when i seen hiw small they were. Such a shame i would of ordered so much more if not for the fit.of the items and the sizing issue lot.cheaper than other big brands but its a no from me sorry.

Disappointed
The order came quickly - two points I was a little disappointed with is the quality of the printed lettering on the back of the hoody (it looks cheap) and the shorts material is very thin - I don’t expect I will wear the shorts due to this, but the T-shirt and hoodies are useable.
