Ordered the set
Ordered the set, tshirt, hoodie and shorts. They arrived quick but unfortunately the hoodie was damaged. I got in touch with customer service who told me a replacement would be sent out. Again, this arrived quickly and to my suprise the full set was sent out rather than just a hoodie. Im very grateful for this, and really pleased with the customer service. Thanks, will shop again! Clothes feel really soft too.

Doesn't look right
All of the pictures make the hoodie look oversized and long but when I got it, that wasn't the case. Good price for the set don't get me wrong but I assumed it was meant to be a dupe of a bigger brand, where the hoodies are actually well oversized.

Good customer service
I must admit when I had a look at some of the negative reviews on here after placing my first order, I was a little worried. But I had a really good experience with B Couture and Kirsty was wonderful when I needed help with an issue that I had.
Yodel attempted delivery 3 times but as I wasn’t home for any of the attempts, it was sent back to the depot.
Preferences were updated to leave with a neighbour but for some reason the delivery driver wouldn’t. Kirsty was so helpful and understanding, and sent it back out for me with no quibbles or extra charges.
I found some of the items to fit really well, and some to be on the smaller side. The Kairo leggings are lovely, great material and really flattering. But the joggers that I ordered in the same size were too small.
Overall I’m really happy with the items I decided to keep and the customer service was great.
