Absolutely terrible experience i…
Absolutely terrible experience i ordered and the items came quickly, they were all too big requested a exchange took nearly 2 weeks to recieve a qr code to send original items back, they were sent back over a week ago. I havent received any communication about them receiving them items or sending my new ones out. Ive now had to go and buy replacement products wouldn't buy from b couture again

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. 💜 I placed an order and thought I had chosen next day delivery which I hadn’t so I emailed the company to see if I could change the delivery and a lady called Kirsty left me a voicemail to get it sorted. It felt like there was no trouble at all in sorting this out for me. I recieved the parcel today and I have to say the quality of the items is brilliant by daughter will be pleased, I have actually just placed another order to put the items away for her birthday.

I’ve had the worst experience with this…
I’ve had the worst experience with this company ever. Bought few T shirts and returned all of them back. The customer service by a lady call Kirsty was horrible. Rude and quite unprofessional. It was pretty hassling experience returning them. I was asked to pay towards their PayPal in order to return them. Clothes were too small and bad quality. I’m sure they’d respond with make up stories to look good on reviews. But if you want a good quality t shirts with better customer service please avoid this company at any cost.

We have reviewed your case and can confirm that only one part of the Newton Court Set was returned to us. As advised in our email sent on 09/07/2026 at 11:09, we explained that we were unable to process the return because the set was incomplete.
At that time, we offered the following options:
Return the matching shorts to us so we could process the return for the complete set.
Have the item already received returned to you for a postage fee of £4.99.
You chose to have the item returned to you.
As discussed during our telephone conversation on 20/07/2026, we are unable to process an exchange or refund for items that are returned as incomplete sets. In line with our Returns Policy, all items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all labels attached. As the full set was not returned, we were unable to process your request.

Lovely quality but I'd say size up. Bought my daughter 14/15 and it runs small especially the hoodie.. Nice quality though.. She gifted it to a friend as the quality was too good to return.
