Tried to reset my password and the useless app keeps going around in circles and there is nobody to help.

I have been using LinkedIn since 2019 and relied on it heavily for my professional networking and career growth. Unfortunately, about 6 months ago, my account was suddenly restricted/suspended without any clear reason.

LinkedIn requested identity verification, and I fully complied by submitting my NIC and passport as requested. Despite this, my account was not restored, and I received no proper explanation for the restriction.

What’s most disappointing is the lack of support:
No meaningful response to emails
No clear timeline or case updates
No way to speak to a real support representative
This situation has seriously affected my career, professional connections, and business opportunities. For a platform that positions itself as a professional network, this level of support is unacceptable.

I expected transparency and fair treatment, especially after completing all verification steps. Sadly, this experience has shown that LinkedIn’s account support system is extremely poor and unreliable.

I hope LinkedIn improves its customer support and provides clearer communication for long-term users who depend on the platform for their livelihood.

They are not vetting people and their profiles. There's a profile that not only is fraudulent, but this person took the real estate license number and phone number of a real Kelly Higgins that used to sale under Reality One, but also embezzled over 3 million dollars from my husband's mother for over 3 years while in their "care" who was an 87 yr old with Alzheimer's and continued it for almost 2 months after his Mom passed. She also is claiming to be THE NATIONAL SALES MANAGER for Ceasars Entertainment, which they won't answer a phone or respond to email or texts. The real Kelly Higgins was very upset when she found out, and filed a report on the fraud as did I , over three times turning in the proof and pictures and even court documents. Linked In first put a ban on me typing anything on their site. Did not take her down. She changed some things. And played stupid saying she never rep.herself as a real estate professional I must be confused. Then sent screenshot of her doing just that. She is still working whatever scam she's planning on LinkedIn after being shown proof of her lies and fraudulent profile. SO DO NOT FEEL SAFE ON THAT SITE AS I assume now they do no vetting, and there are many liars, cheats, and thieves within those pages. I will be deleting my account as they did not believe the paperwork and pictures warning them she's a fraud, and a scam artist. It is not safe. Guessing they are too busy stacking their money to worry about "little" things like that!

Upon careful evaluation, I have concluded that LinkedIn’s effectiveness in facilitating employment opportunities is limited. Despite being unemployed for a year, LinkedIn has failed to provide valuable insights during my job search. The platform consistently displays job postings that receive over 100 applications simultaneously. Furthermore, LinkedIn’s premium version misleads users by suggesting that they are highly qualified candidates for positions, only to fail to generate any responses from companies after submitting applications. Consequently, I have transitioned to Indeed, which offers a more comprehensive range of job opportunities.
