Hospital food of the poorest quality. Cold squidgy and flavour free - it seems to take real efforts to make it remarkably bad.

I work for a major pharmaceutical and Sodexo run the catering. I have to say that the reviews are accurate. They treat their staff like dirt, the quality of food and lack of planning result in regular shortages. Bread products are regularly stale and they micro manage portions and the staff are told to come down rudely to customers if they complain. Sodexo need to be shut down

During the application process, I successfully submitted my materials. Subsequently, I was given a confirmed date and time for an interview. The location provided on the company's hiring page map indicated the address as Banbeath Place.
​I arrived at the specified location for the interview, but the office was not situated there. As a result of this inaccurate information, I was late for my scheduled appointment.
​I attempted to contact the company, but one phone number was entirely unresponsive. Upon reaching an alternative number, the representative's response was unhelpful and dismissive of the issue.
​Based on this experience, I must express my strong disapproval of Sodexo's hiring process. Having read other comments regarding the company culture, I am relieved not to be moving forward with employment there.

Mijn werkgever is veranderd van Edenred (prima) naar Sodexo (ramp). Ik heb mijn kaart gekregen maar er staat een verkeerde voornaam op!! Ik heb nog streeds geen pincode gekregen dus ik geraak aan mijn cheques niet aan!! Heb een login code aangemaakt dus ik zie hoeveel ik kan consumeren echter zonder pincode lukt dat dus niet. Meermaals contact opgenomen met hen en ze zouden de code 25 oktober aanstaande opsturen... Dan is de maand ten einde!!! En dan nog af te wachten of deze daadwerkelijk in de bus zit. Heb de code vorige maandag aangevraagd en gisteren zei de bediende dat ik ze vrijdag heb aangevraagd. Ze liegen dus ook nog tegen je terwijl ik het bewijs zwart op wit heb. De site ligt momenteel plat dus ik geraak er ook niet op... WAARDELOZE FIRMA!!! Ben benieuwd wanneer ik eindelijk als alleenstaande vrouw die iedere cent kan gebruiken mijn maaltijdcheques kan consumeren.

Sodexo prison service (hmp forest bank) is the WORST! Don’t join this prison group. Applied for a prison officer role, received a email to come in for an interview, once arrived there prior travelled miles and was told my name isn’t on the system. Rudely laughed at me and said come back next month. Eff this prison worst communication and professional conduct👍🏻

Sodexo food in hospital is not only terrible, but also misrepresentations: the gammon is reconstituted meat, The ice cream isn’t ice cream etc The menu sound ok, what arrives is rarely anything like and usually inedible. Cauliflower florets that are knife proof, rubber toast, and many stodgy offering with different names that have the depressing ‘flavour’, get the sick bag!!

Plotseling krijg ik digitaal zonder zelf te veranderen maar om dit terug naar papieren checks te krijgen hopeloze rompslomp na meer dan 1 maand verder en enkele telefoons plus opnieuw opsturen van dokumenten nog steeds niets ontvangen.. hopeloos bellen en wachten op niks ondertussen zij we al een maand half zonder oplossing. Ze spreken elkaar tegen aan de telefoon .3 x dokument doorgestuurd noppes dus wil ik mijn geld terug .ben curieus hoelang dat gaat duren en of ook dat gaat lukken

Niet te geloven Jaren Lang boetes van de overheid krijgen in miljoenen hoogtes. Moetwillig hoogdrempelig werken. Voor de doelgroep totaal niet mee te werken. Dit is een verdienmodel over de ruggen van de gebruiker.

The food is disgusting. Sodexo is definitely not a company I would choose . I have been served cold food and sometimes you can’t tell what it is.

Useless company, useless management, useless payroll.
Do not pay what they owe, I would never work for them again.
Complaints are a waste of time as no one bothers getting back and looking into one's grievance.

I have worse vegetables meal ever except courn. I don't how they call it vegetables meal where is mostly potatoes and potatoes.

One of the worst customer service. I have been following up with them for my card for more than one month. Still they are not able to provide any update. They tell that they will call back or send the update via email. Till date I got none. I give zero stars.

Get rid of Sodexo I don't recommend the company Sodexo. its horrible company to work. Specially Sodexo at Las Vegas Nevada United States. the worst company. not good health insurance. unfair rules. the have points if you have 7 points they gonna fired you immediately. even the situation is health life and death situation. low Salary. and they gonna work to death. they treat as machines. and they gonna give two sets of uniform. and their Machines at kitchen or two old and dirty. good their not already housekeeping at Hospital company

Have now been a patient in two hospitals 'served' by Sodexo. What is breathtaking is how consistently appalling the food is. Every single meal looks like the very worst effort of a 1970s British Comprehensive School. Dry reconstituted potatoes, boiled to a mush veg, watery soup, and overcooked everything.
It is clear that for Sodexo every meal is just a box ticked in a contract. No patient in the NHS is being helped nutritionally by this company. It is a scandal.

the worst company I have ever worked for. They rave on about "safety" but they don't care about your safety, they just want the job done. They tell you to do things that your not trained in how to do it safe, and most of the time don't provide the right equipment. If you speak up and question your work environment you will probably be sacked and given a bad review. Save your mental health and work somewhere else because they don't even pay you correctly half of the time and no amount of money will ever be enough to work for such a poorly run company.

Als het saldo van oudere passes onvoldoende is voor een aankoop wordt het ganse bedrag van nieuwe passes gebruikt. In mijn geval verviel daardoor mijn oud saldo.
Volgens Sodexo is dat normaal.
Volgens mij moet een systeem de oude volledig opgebruiken en het tekort van de nieuwe passes opnemen.
De kosten voor uitgifte zijn hoog en als daarbij nog op een oneerlijke wijze een saldo vervalt, dan hoeft het niet meer.

Tried to use the sodexo card on 7 different pos not working. I paid in cash and not a small amount. 1/2years after stil in dispute with them.
What to do if you trust them and go in holyday with only the money on sodexo card and the card do not work?
