Bean Coffee Opiniões 

I use this coffee shop a lot as it has a good atmosphere but recently I have seen something that upsets me. I understand that all outdoor eateries near the docks or in the City have a problem with pidgeons and seagulls looking for scraps but on two separate occasions I have seen the same male employee when clearing the outside tables spray the birds with the disinfectant spray he was using on the tables. I think a simple wave of the hand is sufficient and find this use of a potentially harmful substance unpleasant and unnecessary. I will wait to hear a response from the management before deciding if I am to visit Bean again.

Opening time stated as 8.30. Got there at 8.30, waited around for a while, no sign of life. Don't advertise as opening at 8.30 if you don't open at 8.30. Maybe there was a genuine reason they couldn't open at 8.30 today and if so I apologise.

The coffee is god.

The customer service is also good. I put a wrong delivery address in my order. So I sent an email to them and they fixed inmediately.

You'll not find better service from any organisation. Leah 'knows her customers' - that's my experience anyway. I get my order delivered as a subscription, yet I feel like I'm a regular at a local shop in a little village. Such personal service - I feel valued as a customer... Aside from that, the coffee is just delicious and I can't live without it. #beanteamrock

Never have i had coffee where the flavour notes are SO pronounced to the point where i can smell the fruit so clearly upon opening the bag.

My first shot of espresso was one of the best i've ever had, straight up blueberry and brown sugar, so good :)
