From start to finish Bear Estate Agents were superb, spot on valuation and great customer service from the team. My appointed point of contact Helen oversee the sale of the property and kept me informed every step of the way.
I would highly recommend Bear Estate agents and will be using them again very soon.

The process of selling our property over the last 5 months was eased greatly by Bears Estate Agents (Southend-on-Sea, Essex) Progression Team" in particular one of the team, Helen Wilson. Sometimes the opportunity to speak to our solicitor was not possible. However, Helen came to the 'rescue' having already spoken or would do the job for us. She certainly kept us well informed.

This was my first time purchasing a property on the open market, so there was a lot that I was unfamiliar with. Helen at Bear Estates was more than willing to take the time to explain things to me and liaised with other professionals in my chain. I would get updates and emails (out of her working hours) when other channels had gone silent, so if I was in the dark, Helen quickly brought me up to speed. I found Helen to be very professional, prompt, personable and a God send!

Helen Wilson kept me up to date with my house purchase and made buying easy. She was professional polite and always at the end of the phone if I had a query.

Helen especially was amazing. She was such a help and always there to answer any questions needed. She truly went above and beyond to get the sale through in line with our timescale. Buying and selling property can be stressful but Helen really did everything possible to help and was a massive support throughout.

In 12 weeks on the market I have not had a single call from Bear in Leigh on Sea apart from to book one viewing, or seen any evidence they are marketing my property other than putting it online. I called after 6 weeks and was told they would enquire with people looking for similar properties and get some feedback about why they weren't interested in mine. This never happened. I then had a viewing booked in after 11 weeks. They were a no-show and Bear did not contact me to let me know and when I called were not able to explain why this hadn't been done. I know the market is tough but I have had 0% service.

We would highly recommend Bear Estate Estate Agents (Hockley) to use for selling your property as you won't be disappointed. Scott and Ellis were immensely helpful and professional and screened all potential viewers to the property. We cannot praise Zoe (Sales Progression) highly enough. She was always at the end of a phone or email informing us of any updates and her sense of humour made the whole moving process a little less stressful. Thank you Bear!
