Not to be Trusted
I ordered and paid for 2 suitcases from these people. They seem to have run off with my money. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Their email addresses have been shut down and there is no wat to communicate with them.

Nooit en te nimmer iets bestellen bij dit bedrijf dat is mijn advies. Ze komen afspraken niet na zijn ontzettend traag met leveringen. Daarnaast als de levering niet compleet is, geven ze niet thuis.. je krijgt wel mail verkeer op gang maar vervolgens word je maanden lang aan het lijntje gehouden. Uiteindelijk werd een Refund beloofd waar ik nog steeds op zit te wachten… en de levering is ook nog steeds niet compleet. Dit loopt inmiddels sinds de kerst vorig jaar tot en met nu eind mei 2025.

This is a total scam website, do not order!!! I made an order from hellobeaume.com and received a suitcase which was probably purchased on Temu, total crap. I emailed their so called customer service and they are ignoring me. Now I see the website has changed to heypanda.fr. This is a scam and sites should be taken down.

Finger weg! Ich habe dort bestellt - dann wurde mir mehrfach gesagt, das Paket ist beim Zoll und das so lange bis ich es nicht mehr per Kreditkartenabrechnung Rückforderung konnte.
Beaume Koffer / Suitcase
Habe einen Koffer gekauft, der dann mit einem unmontierten Griff versehen war (Schrauben fehlten). Am selben Tag noch mit Fotos reklamiert. Seitdem habe ich alles versucht: die Schrauben zu bekommen, einen Austausch des Koffers, Rückgabe. Zuletzt hat man mir angeboten es auf eigene Kosten zurück zu senden, was ich abgelehnt habe, weil laut EU Recht der Händler die Rücksendungskosten für ein fehlerhaftes Produkt tragen muss. Es ist einfach unverständlich, wieso ein Unternehmen das einfach so machen kann. All die Werbung auf Ihrer Webseite ist gelogen. Finger weg, es ist einfach ein unseriöses Unternehmen. Hat jemand eine Idee wie wir denen das Handwerk legen könnten? Zudem verstehe ich nicht warum Trustpilot nicht gegen die vorgeht. Die Bewertungen hier entsprechen nicht dem was Beaume auf Ihrer Webseite präsentiert.
I bought a suitcase that came with an unassembled handle (screws were missing). I complained on the same day with photos. Since then, I have tried everything: getting the screws, exchanging the suitcase, returning it. Finally, I was offered to send it back at my own expense, which I refused because, according to EU law, the retailer must bear the return costs for a defective product. It is simply incomprehensible why a company can do this. All the advertising on their website is a lie. Stay away, it is simply a dubious company. Does anyone have any idea how we can put a stop to them? I also don't understand why Trustpilot is not taking action against them. The reviews here do not correspond to what Beaume presents on its website.

Seit mittlerweile fünf Monaten versuche ich, mein Geld zurück zu bekommen oder eine Ersatzlieferung. Geliefert wurde nach mehreren Wochen ein total verbeulter Koffer, der absolut nicht zu gebrauchen ist. Die Korrespondenz ist nur auf Hinhalten ausgelegt und am Ende soll ich den Koffer jetzt auf meine Kosten irgendwo nach Frankreich schicken. Finger weg, ich leite jetzt rechtliche Schritte ein das ist Betrug!

I ordered my suitcase in November 2024 - never seen it despite paying €350!
I ordered my suitcase in November 2024. Now in March 2025 I still havn't seen it. Whenever I write them, I'm told "it's on its way". I have written more than 30 times and have paid €350 for something I have never gotten. Absolutely a scam and now noticed their website is no longer available. I also want to blame Facebook where I saw the advert in the first place. They need to do some much more serious screening of the company advertising on their platform. This is serious reputational damage to them and I no longer trust any of the companies advertising on Facebook since it's not the first time I've had a lot of issues and being defrauded - GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER FACEBOOK 👿

I do not actually believe this company exists. I paid for a suitecase that has never arrived. I am constantly fobbed off by customers services, who will not refund my money or send another case.
They have virtually no social media presence, which is definitely a red flag. Avoid at all costs in my view.

Suitcase damaged after first flight and customer service blaims the airline, it's a very expensive joke! Don't buy! It is produced in China, illegal process to avoid import taxe and the quality is cheap!

I only gave 1 star because I can’t give 0 basically same here don’t waste your money i ordered a medium suitcase in November for the black friday promotion and i have yet to receive this item it has been months now ridiculous. The customer service is horrible extremely frustrating with no resolution what so ever i wish i had come here before wasting my money. I see that they have also changed the name on the advertising from beaume to nomad on IG it is a scam i wish i had a million ways to go under all their ads to tell people not to purchase this item it is disgusting how they treat people who enquire about their items

Beaume gibt auf der eigenen Homepage eine Bewertung von 4,8 von 5 bei Trustpilot an. Die Bewertungen bei Trust Pilot liegen jedoch bei 2,2 und 70% vergeben lediglich 1.
Aus den eigenen Erfahrungen ist Beaume ein professionell aufgesetzter Betrug. Es wird nicht einmal die eigene Refund Policy eingehalten und es ist unmöglich defekte Ware zurück zu schicken, weil es dafür nicht einmal eine Adresse gibt.
Bitte auf gar keinen Fall dort kaufen!!!

Ich hatte 2 große Koffer für über 1000€ gekauft. Die Koffer wurden NICHT zusammen geliefert.
Als ich mit dem zweiten Alukoffer nach Hause kam, merkte ich, dass einer matter war, als der andere. Ich reklamierte den Koffer und bekam eine Reihe Entschuldigungsmails und immer wieder die Ankündigung, dass man eine Lösung fände. Nach 1 Monat hin- und hergeschreibe, bekam ich nun eine Mail, dass meine Mails verloren gagenagen seien. Es waren jedoch in dieser Mail ALLE meine und deren Mails vorhanden.
Ich habe eine Tasche nicht bekommen und nun zwei unterschiedliche Koffer.
Es handelt sich mutmaßlich um eine Firma, die betrügen will.
Nun antwortet niemand mehr. Ich habe nun 2 verschiedene Koffer, die sich ähneln und einen Lieferanten, bei dem ich nie mehr etwas kaufen würde.

I ordered my luggage 12/1 and am still missing three pieces from my order. I have tried working with their customer service but always get the same response - "it has been shipped" - what a waste of money.

Ordered a full set of luggage on 6th January and was pleased to find that there were other items offered Gratis. I arranged or the order to be delivered to my home in Thailand as I am currently working away. The experience so far has been a nightmare. I received duplicate tracking information, 1 to the correct address and the other to an address in India!! Finally received information that my order had been delivered, which wasn't the case. I had been in touch with Beaume Customer Relations who assured me that thy were doing all that they could to work with the couriers to find out what had gone wrong. Having got fed up with waiting and no updates forthcoming I did some investigating myself, calling Singapore Post and also Thailand Post. Turns out that my orders were being held at the local Customs Office in Thailand waiting on the payment of the Import Tax. I passed this information to Customer Service and asked them to rectify the situation. Their response was that it was my responsibility. I wrote back to customer service with a screenshot from their website stating that the price I paid included delivery and that I would not be liable to Import Tax or VAT on my order. My sister in law has managed to obtain 1 of the 3 suitcases and a metallic card holder which wasn't subject to Import Tax, the rest of the order are being held pending payment. I asked for Beaume for confirmation that I would be refunded for any Import Tax I am required to pay because I get the feeling that when I arrive home next week I will probably have to resolve the situation myself because Beaume certainly do not appear to be interested in sorting out this mess. Will contact my bank today and enquire about initiating a reversal of payment due to breach of contract as I have lost interest in dealing with a company that is so poor with Customer Relations
