presenting as British upper class designer looking goods, the dresses are cheap polyester rubbish with bad fit. to get a full refund, they sent me the address in CHINA, which I copy pasted exactly on the adress label. it costed £31.85 in shipping. after 3 months not hearing anything, the parcel came back to me with a sticker 'packaged unclaimed'. all emails to customer service are ignored. thieves and liars.

This is NOT a British company despite what they say on their website. Always check on Companies House, for free, and if they're not listed, they're not who they say they are. Dreadful quality and fit of garment I ordered.

Absolutely disgusting and completely disgraceful service, ordered a dress which was delivered late and nothing like what was advertised, tried to get a refund and no response from anyone

Avoid. Cheap clothes. Delivery takes 3 weeks. Bought 3 items only received 2. Asked for refund- poor customer service. Not had refund. Waste of money

I ordered two dresses for an upcoming holiday.
They arrived too late for the holiday and would have been unsuitably anyway. Poor fit and shape material and pattern and colour were not as shown in the advert. Bought as a summer weight dress the fabric that the dresses were made of was a synthetic row if brushed cotton which was warm when tried on and would be unbearable in a warm climate. Not at all what was expected and very poorly made. I have sent several emails requesting return details for a refund and still have the dresses weeks later. An offer of a 20% discount was sent to me but when I said that was no good as the dresses were unwearable I have heard nothing since even though I have repeatedly emailed to return them. I am now sure this is a a Chinese company selling shoddy goods masquerading as a uk company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is a scam. Tells you that it is closing London store its lies. All items cheaply made shipped from china. Ordered at beginning of last month still not received.

SO wish I'd looked on here before purchasing. TOTAL SCAM. Website showed cotton dresses. What arrived were ill fitting polyester ones. Was offered a 20% refund or alternative goods (JOKE!) with the explanation that the online site is digitally enhanced. For goodness sake -as if admitted manipulation/misrepresentation is a justification for shoddy goods!! Trying to pursue this (legally they haven't a leg to stand on) but getting nowhere. BEYOND FRUSTRATING.

Scam Scam Scam. Ordered 3 outfits, took 14 days to arrive, quality rubbish, cheaply made, and definatwly not like "The Marketing" fake Trust Pilot" on their website, and not refunds as no response to emails. Please do not buy from this Chinese company, pretending to be a British Brand.

Bought three dresses but the quality was extremely poor. They agreed to refund if I returned the dresses then blocked me. Do not buy from this store. They are in china not Australia.

Ordered a jacket with them and when it eventually arrived it was completely the wrong colour and style!! When I wrote back to them to highlight the error they replied and said I'm sorry you're not happy - what can we do to help? I wrote back and said how about sending me the correct product for starters !!!!

I Bought my top it was like a size 8 supposed to be a extra Large.They wouldn't give me a refund and suggested to buy a size bigger. Im a size 14 I reordered 5 xlge its 1 cm bigger than the last one. They said I would get a refund, No they wont do it. Plus it has a hole under the arm pit. Going to consumer affairs they wont refund me. Stay clear there appalling. Now there using a different name 'VOYAGE VENTURES' Stay clear rip off

BAD BAD BAD. Made from thinnest material yet hot to wear, so synthetic Look terrible fit terrible. Dresses look like bags & tight around the shoulders so hard to get off. They also do not refund any money. (They say refund guaranteed ) Worst clothes you could find. Not a store on Gold Coast, factory in China. LIES LIES LIES.

I received a green xlarge jacket that is so badly made and horrendous. I in fact ordered a green dress. So how can you get that wrong. I also ordered a orange dress got some crappy thing that looked like a large bag. Sent them an email and the dramas to get a refund. Asking me send me photos send me photos ???? This company is a scam. Don't order anything from them it is a front house for some dodgy company in China. I think my goods were actually used with no company labels on them. It also took forever to come which then lead me to believe it was coming from a bogus company over seas. I was right. Beware

DO NOT buy from this company it is a scam. The product is not what you see advertised and is only fit for the bin as it is cheap polyester and does not have the colour they advertise online. They are misleading and send a rubbish product made in China

False advertising and not an Australian Company situated on Gold Coast. Cheap China product 100% Polyester Yuk and Size small for Australian women is really like a Size 12-14!!! What a joke!! Will never wear it and won’t bother trying to get my $80.00 back as per the other reviews, they don’t want to know anything about your experience with their products after they take your money!!!! I refuse to buy anything online again!!!

Dress purchased was absolutely horrible, I ordered S and S was on inside of neck, but received such a large size I looked like a giant bag, I rated 1 only because there wasn’t a 0 there please don’t buy from this site, There is a plus I’ve learnt a serious lesson, check reviews, I thought I was supporting an Australian company, again lesson learnt.
