If I could give zero stars I would. The company had to rearrange due to the tutor not being able to make the course so asked if they could rearrange bearing in mind I had hotel booked and paid for which was non refundable I did as things happen. They then rebooked but due to very unfortunate circumstances where one of my best friends had suddenly passed away I was unable to make the new date I emailed straight away as I was unable to get through over the phone. Due to the circumstances the funeral still hasn’t taken place after the death was in March it’s obviously taken its toll on me mentally I have explained this over an email and asked for a refund as I was extremely understanding when they had to change but my emails are getting blanked. If I could attach screenshots of my emails I would but it doesn’t give me this option. I would of rebooked when I was back to feeling up to it but after how I have been treated it’s clear all they are interested in is the money I am now going to report this to my bank and also report them to the ombudsman as I have clear evidence and I will be taking this further.

The wonderful team at the Beautia Aesthetics Academy have been so accomodating to my needs and always happy to answer questions in great detail. You wouldn't get the same A* aesthetics training and aftercare anywhere else in Wiltshire, that's for sure!
