Horrible experience.

Please do not risk your health or your face by having procedures done at this place. This was our personal experience:

My mother and I went there to have thread lifts done. When we arrived, everything seemed normal, but once we entered the room where the procedure was going to be performed, we immediately started noticing red flags.

The person performing the treatment seemed uncomfortable and even muttered “shit,” as if something was wrong. She explained that she was working in a different room and did not have all of her supplies and equipment there. That was the moment I should have trusted my instincts and walked out.

The results were extremely concerning. My mother was left with one side of her face pulled extremely tight while the other side remained noticeably lower. In addition, both of us had the threads pulled so tightly that we were left with very noticeable indentations and deep dimpling in our faces, particularly around the incision areas.

When we expressed our concerns, we were simply told that this was “normal.” I have had thread lifts several times before, and I have NEVER experienced indentations or holes like this.

I am sharing this review based entirely on what happened to us personally so that others can make an informed decision before undergoing an aesthetic procedure here.

PLEASE DO NOT RISK YOUR FACE OR YOUR HEALTH. Always verify the qualifications and credentials of the person performing your procedure and prioritize your safety. After our experience, I would absolutely not return to this place or recommend it to anyone.

I put a full detailed review on Yelp. This place got me for a lot of money! Their pictures online are altered and I know that because they altered my before and after photos! I went down to get some services done that they ended up not being able to do and very upset to give me a refund, then overcharged me on some jawline filler that I had to come back to my state and get dissolved because it was done very badly with a very cheap product. I didn’t know about that product until my hometown injector told me it was a very cheap and bumpy product. I ended up spending lots of money to fix the area that they overfilled. I do NOT recommend.

I paid $2,200 in cash for a service and wasn’t even able to get a retouch on my face and lips! After evaluating me only through photos, they said I didn’t need a retouch and refused to assist me. Absolutely terrible experience — completely unprofessional!
