I have been waiting three weeks for my order. We live in Florida. Tracking number from USPS shows they sent my order from NY to LA to Hawaii. When I emailed Maraya they said that's the way the post office works. What BS. As of today still no order. Be careful when buying items from this company.

As we did explain to you, we are not a carrier, and we do not decide the path of the delivery. Also, we did show you the official tracking history in the USPS site, not ours. It's not something we can fabricate or lie for. Why they decide to choose such an extraordinary path is up to them, not us. It could be because of network distribution, logistics maintenance, or something else. In the same way, we do not understand why they deliver packages from their sorting center in NY to LA to the customer in SC. Neither how they manage to deliver some orders in 3 days and some in 3 weeks, but we do presume it's due to some network optimizations they try to do during the pandemic and riots.
However, we do understand your frustration, and we make an apology!

The product took longer to arrive than I expected. I even paid extra to get it here sooner. It took over 2 weeks when I paid to get it here in 3-10 days. They are cute earrings. I was scared due to the nickel in the hoops as I am allergic, but I wore them for an entire day and had no issues.

Although not very valid, thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed on the 12th of June and we did ship on the 15th. Your order is with a free shipping option, which is with delivery time up to 15 days, as you clearly saw it upon checkout. Unfortunately, USPS had some delays last week and your order wasn't delivered faster, but still, we do believe it will be on time.
In addition to that, if you did not receive it in 3 weeks (21 days), we do a full refund.
We would like to ask you to revise your review once you got the products.
