You guys have a nerve to ask my experience with you. I placed an order(2 pieces) in March and you told me ready to ship. Then April you cancelled my order saying you ran out of stock. So guess what I am supposed to give you my experience with you. 💩 💩

Product is acceptable but too long of a shipping time.Could have gotten product from local vendor and without paying the extra tarrif tax from overseas

I have not received the product I ordered 3 weeks ago.
Customer service told me takes 12-13 business days, it has now been 18 and the product has not left the facility. Waiting patiently.

The Bepanthol lotion I bought from BeautyCareBag is moisturizing without being oily, and is more affordable than many brands. Bepanthol lotion is also rated highly on the Yuka app as healthy, so I trust it.

Good service to get a rare medication from Germany. Was happy to get it in the US, however it is quite pricey.

And then I just happened upon beautycarebag.com 🙏 Not only did they have more than 1 tube available but it wasn’t triple the price that other sellers are charging. And it arrived in good shape and time. I’m thrilled 😁

Order was cancelled by the seller, but no refund was issued to my original payment method. They claim to provide store credit, but I cannot access it since I checked out via PayPal without an account.

Multiple emails and calls have been ignored. I received neither the product nor a usable refund.

Order confirmed and payed February 22nd and now, a month later, still didn’t even ship and no updates besides “label created”

If you order this product expect it to take a minimum of 6 weeks to receive it. Which in my opinion is ridiculous.

I have never received the order. They told me the address was incorrect, I changed the address, I have never received it.

I have been using it for only 5 days and I lost 5 lbs already, I have more energy and so far happy with my decision.

Help re growth of hair

I've ordered a couple of products. I wasn't expect shipping lasts a month. It is approximately one month passed I've made my order but I am still waiting shipment. Consider waiting a long time for the shipment before making your order.

I ordered a product on 2/9/26 and it has not been delivered. I have contacted the company several times and have only received automated emails. I have also tried to call the company and there is no answer at the phone number on the website.
Hard to admit it but I got scammed. Fortunately, I did not spend much money.
