BEAUTY COUNTER CLEAN AND EXCELLENT PRODUCTS!!!!
I AM NOW 70 - AND I GIVE BEAUTY COUNTER 5 STARS - MY GIRL IS A NURSE AND SEARCHED AND SEARCH AND FOUND OUT BEAUTYCIUNTER WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT DID NOT HAVE CERTAIN CHEMICALS! USING IT SINCE 2021
BEAUTY COUNTER THE BEST AND IS AFFORDABLE. I TESTED FIRST THEN I BECAME AN ADVOCATE. AFTER I EXPERIENCED THE PRIDUCTS BECAUSE I WAS NOT GOING TO LIE AND PROMOTE A QUESTIONSBLE PRODUCT.
I CAN SAY IN MY 40’s I HAD TO SAVE $TO AFFORD PRODUCTS AND THE WORSE I ALWAYS HAD HORRIBLE REACTIONS-BURNING,SWEALLING !JUST HORRIBLE. I USED TO GO SAFORA ÀND MACYS (NOT THEIR FAULT) WHERE I PURCHASED THOSE PRODUCTS.

I spent a few hundred dollars on there products and I can honestly say I should have saved my money. The mascara they claim is waterproof is by far not. I will say the Vitamin C serum works great and the hydrating lotion is the best ever, but as for anything else, it definitely didn’t work for me. It broke my face out and I will never use it again. Everyone has different skin types is all I can say.

I don’t remember signing for an automatic monthly order. Well, after receiving 3 orders of vitamins C I had to call twice to do the same cancellation and finally they stop send it to my all address and charging it to me credit card. I remember that I bought one item and that’s it.

By the forth month, moved out and could not grab the last item which was sent after a had cancelled the service, but I paid for it. I called back to cancel again. I was promised a refund and my credit card never was clear. I had to pay for it $95.00 dollars 3 times and have it stored in my house for 2 months unnecessarily. They practically forced me to pay for it. They have inefficient customer service.

I've been using Beautycounter for a few years and I love the products...reminds me of Este Lauder but without all the toxins. I wish they would make a really cool Xmas set like Este Lauder used to when I was growing up. I also love how they lobby for green beauty in the US Capital. That make me want to support them even more knowing they have my back.

Wonderful cosmetics! Very high quality and good ingredients.

I would like to write a review for beautycounter and express my experience of purchasing a product a few days ago and attempting to return it. However, I was informed that I must wait for them to send it to me first before I can initiate the return process. This seems illogical since my order has not been processed yet and remains in their warehouse. It lacks coherence and simply does not make sense.

Always have fast shipping and quality products. More expensive than average grocery/drug store products but comparable in price to high end (i.e. Mac) and other "clean" cosmetics. My skin is much clearer since switching to the Beautycounter foundation and moisturizer. I don't use a lot of products but I'm happy with the ones I do buy.

I purchased the Beauty Counter regimen pink line for travel in July of 2020, but with covid we weren't able to go anywhere so the product sat on a shelf in my medicine cabinet eye level. I saw that the eye cream with a eyedropper top was just under being full. I never used the product since it was for travel and it went from that to 1/2 way in empty in 6 months. I believe they have issues with this type of bottle but they seem think it is normal. You all may not notice this is happening because you are using it but it is evaporating. Not happy with it.

I love most of their products, but did have one brand new serum that I opened up today and it was stale, smelly, too thick and unusable. (had to throw it out) Tried to call customer service today and was told since it was past 60 days I couldn't return it. I understand their products are natural, but I think they should warn you that they may break down and have a short shelf life. I thought they would have at least allowed me to return and get a replacement at their cost as a good will gesture to try and keep a customer. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Products are okay, but overpriced. I would continue to purchase from them; however, they cancelled my membership due to incorrectly suspected fraud. Their fraud department (despite saying I could respond back with questions) hasn't responded my multiple follow ups, which is unprofessional and just bad service. I had to create 2+ separate support tickets with the regular Support Team, who brushed me off saying I could still continue to purchase from their company without the free shipping membership. This is so incredibly rude, when there has been no fraud to start with. They also won't do any price adjustments for items that go on sale, even if they were purchased a day or two before.

I’m a guy and I used the CounterMan products. The oil free face lotion is definitely my favorite, it’s not greasy and it smells pleasant and clean, not an overpowering masculine fragrance like most products for men. Anyway, my face feels great and I trust this brand.

Their products really work for me. I had dry and oily skin for years because of the chemicals in the makeup I had been using. I started using theirs and this cleared up very quickly. I love the way it doesn't itch or dry out my skin. They really do have great makeup products. The only thing I wish would change is how they only put their eye shadows in palettes.... I would love to be able to buy them individually, I don't want to purchase 15 small ones for $90.... kinda pricey at times, but overall a really great company. Their foundation is actually a good price as well as their concealer and the setting powder. The powder will literally last me 5+ years if I don't spill it. I really like BeautyCounter!

I have purchased about 15 different products from BeautyCounter. I am a Band Of Beauty member since March of 2018. For me their products are about 50/50 (good/bad). In addition, they are wholly overpriced. As far as the company goes, I love the transparency of their ingredients but don't like that they are lobbying for the entire industry to be forced to change laws about what you can and can not put into beauty products. Also, I don't like that they picked Amy Schumer as a collaborating partner for Mother's Day 2019 - she is raunchy and not a source of motherly wisdom for me. The products I love most are Daily Clarifying Shampoo & Conditioner, Charcoal body bar, Flawless in Five combo, and Kids cleansing wash. I do not recommend the adaptive moisturizer or hydrating body lotion in citrus mimosa (does nothing), the facial oils #2 (Jasmine) & #3 (Ylang Ylang) (because they do nothing), or the Moisturizing Shampoo or Conditioner (leaves hair greasy).

I had about 20 fraudulent charges from their site. Someone apparently went on a shopping spree on their website with my card. I asked for the name of the person who used my card and they protected the thief and would not give out the information even though it was my card.
