I ordered the flexi dentures, as I have a wobbly front tooth and am anxious about it coming out. They are nothing like the ones on their website!!! I emailed them, stating this and that I would like a refund and their response was that they reviewed my purchase and are satisfied that the item I received matches the item on their website 🤬

I should have come here first before buying but at least it’s taught me a lesson. I ordered the colour changing foundation, it was about 21 quid I think. Then I saw all these reviews so I didn’t expect it to arrive but it did. I have just opened it now and it’s a colour changing foundation but the name on the box is Zephoco. I googled it straight away and it popped up on Amazon for 3.50, the exact same product and name. It’s going in the bin right now, I would never put anything on my face that costs 3 quid. How this rip off company is getting away with this is terrible , obviously the reviews on their page are all fake. If you’re reading this Beauty Diamond I really hope all the money you have scammed from us makes you very unhappy you scamming scumbag 🤬🤬🤬

Ordered a product. Price was $61.90. They charged my Visa $82.35 and after more than a month it still had not arrived. I requested he orer be cancelled/refunded. Diamond (Bill) said it would be cancelled in July 2015. My Visa is still charged and I had no choice but to file a dispute through Visa. Now Diamnd is STILL refusing to credit my account back. I have emails from Diamond that they would cancel the order.

Imbroglioni patentati maglietta scadente non assomiglia per niente alla foto luccicante con paillettes arrivata opaca e scolorita scontata perché con lo sconto non cambiano la merce ...non fanno il reso e non rendono i soldi ...fregata al massimo ...mi raccomando non comprate niente dalla beautydiamond avrete una fregatura... prodotti scadenti che butterete da una parte ...inutilizzabili da quanto sono brutti e pagati cari in base al loro valore reale e vi pentirete amaramente ...una rabbia per esserci cascata in pieno.

Purtroppo non ho letto le recensioni prima di acquistare da questo sito e sono stata truffata anch'io! Ho ordinato per mia madre una maglia che costava 70 €, in saldo 35 €. Mi arriva un articolo per niente corrispondente alla foto, in poliestere, made in China, che è molto se vale 10 €! Chiedo di poterlo rendere o sostituire con altro e la risposta è che non posso né renderlo né sostituirlo perché è scontato (TUTTI GLI ARTICOLI SONO IN SALDO!). Mi propongono un coupon del 40 % di sconto sul mio prossimo acquisto, così da potermi imbrogliare per la seconda volta, e a questo punto gli rispondo per le rime, ma tanto non recupererò i soldi persi. Non fatevi imbrogliare!

Like everyone else here, I think I also have been scammed by these people, I have placed an order in mid June and my order has never been delivered. I have requested a refund, there are always an excuse and I’m so stressed out about this.

Awful company. Ordered some beauty products three weeks ago and haven't received anything. I was provided a tracking number that comes up "order not found" When I track through the app my items apparently left on flight from Spain to the UK over a week and a half ago and disappeared of the face of the earth. Also very dodgy that the company is apparently called BeautyDiamond but shows as EcoStarLtd on my banking transactions. When trying to track my parcel yet another company name comes up... FunYeung!! There is no way to contact except via email, and they go unanswered anyway!! If you are unfortunate enough to have given these people your money go through your bank and get a refund

Been scammed so upset this website is a fraud they need shutting down they don’t send you wat you ordered how are they getting away with this I want my money back

The worst most dishonest company. Sent me a fake product, I tried to get a refund, for weeks they asked for evidenceafter evidence which I sent and they still refused to refund my money. Lying thieves. Don't buy from them.

Esperienza vergognosa. Ordinato giacca molto bella in foto prezzo non economico ( 70 euro) ricevo mail di conferma ordine con foto dell'articolo ordinato. Il pacco impresentabile arrivato in ritardo. Contenuto brutta giacca diversa dall'ordine e di pessima qualità . Dopo numerose mail di lamentela mi inviano una seconda giacca identica alla prima. Pretendo il rimborso ma ad ora non si fanno più sentire. Sarò lieta in caso di rimborso di rettificare la mia recensione lodando perlomeno l'onestà.

Ordine fatto il 15 aprile ad oggi 31 maggio non è arrivato nulla per un tot 119€
Ho chiesto informazioni tramite e-mail
Ma rispondono con e-mail pre-compilate
La prossima settimana farò un esposto alla polizia postale per capire come comportarmi.
Esperienza pessima non comprate .

Ho ordinato l' integratore NAD 900 pubblicizzato come Made in USA e Certificazioni Americane. Mi è arrivato un prodotto simile Made in Cina, senza certificazioni.
Ho chiesto il rimborso via mail, ma ancora non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Ordine N° #BDIT2123

HO FATTO VARI SOLLECITI. CHIEDO IL RECUPERO DELLA SOMMA VERSATA. C'E' QUALCUNO CHE MI PUO' DARE UN CONSIGLIO A CHI RIVOLGERMI.

I purchased a product online and they sent me an email claiming I bought 2 items of the same product, and charged me accordingly.
I’ve written 4 times to them but to no avail.
They haven’t even acknowledged my email! Poor customer servive! Scamming people this way is despicable
! I’m yet to eee if I receive my product at all

Avoid Avoid Avoid do not spend your money with this company they sell fake products. Customer service do respond,only with excuses to cover up their fake products which they have no problem selling to good honest people then they continously blag you. Absolutely no shame what so ever. Do not buy from this company god knows what's in these products of which I've consumed. You should be ashamed of yourselves if my review puts off just 1 person from being sucked in by your fake descriptions on your website then I'll be happy. No offer of refund was ever given. Please dont fall for this website .Avoid beauty diamond guys and girls me and my friend was both done by this company keep the money scammers . I hate complaining but dont want anyone else to get caught out.Love to see if they reply with another excuse on here we shall see
