Bad communication
No confirmation email and they still haven't replied to my WhatsApp message and email asking for order confirmation!

Extremely good customer service
placing my initial order was difficult aa the pages on website kept reloading ,but once ordered my delivery took less than 48 hours, very good communication from customer service and a quality product that was substantially below the average price being offered by other companies.

Excellent service, very convenient price, immediate free delivery.
I placed an order for a shaver, sold by Beautykick at a very competitive price (compared to other sellers) and then contacted their customer service, due to an error I had made in filling the online form (I had indicated the billing address as the, different, shipping address and viceversa).
I was immediately contacted by Beautykick and was very relieved to be informed that they had the correct shipping address (this was both by e-mail and by WhatsApp messages).
The shaver was delivered within 48 hours, and the delivery was free.
The shaver was of very good quality.
But what was the winning point was, in my view, the truly excellent customer service.
I definitely will be shopping again with Beautykick!

I didn't receive what I ordered
I didn't receive what I ordered. As far as I am aware I ordered Lisap Ultimate Straightening Fluid and received Lisap Ultimate K heat protection fluid. Not sure if they are the same but different packaging. I will use it but it doesn't seem to be the same thing. It was a speedy delivery however.
I have since been contacted by the sellers Customer Care Team and the matter has been promptly resolved. Therefore I will happily make future purchases.

Probably the worst postage system of all time, you car even track your order through the website and have to investigate to find your order code and then go to the Royal Mail website! It’s been 12 days and I still don’t have my order worth £200! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
