BeautyRest will not stand behind their products. I bought a mattress less than 9 months ago. It's defective and has a major dip where I sleep and I am not a heavy person. The mattress is supposed to have a lifetime warranty but because I bought from the outlet they will not honor the warranty. No I am stuck with a worthless uncomfortable expensive mattress that I have to replace before it's a year old. I am very dismayed by their lack of concern. I have since heard they have had issues with this mattress regularly do to a defect in manufacturing.

We bought a BR black mattress in cal king and after 4 years it is like sleeping in a rut in the road. I should feel better when I wake up than when I went to bed. It stopped being comfortable after the 2.5 year mark and just keeps getting worse. What a piece of crap.

I purchased six years ago a Beautyrest Black pillow top mattress. Now it is sinking on one side of the queen size bed. A new one is $3299 at Mattress City. I wish I could get some relief from the manufacturer. A coupon would be nice or credit towards a new mattress.

I went to Raymour and Flanagan furniture to buy mattresses.
I purchased top of the line Beautyrest black beauty. I told the salesman i wanted the best. The 2 twin XL was what i wanted for a king size bed.
14 months later, the mattresses failed, i weigh 168 pounds my wife weighs 135 pounds. We are not heavy to say we caused the issue.
Both mattresses have the same issues, sag in the middle and inside material failure due to factory failure.
Impossibe to sleep on mattresses. Raymour and Flanagan does not want to stand behind the mattresses.
I went directly to Beautyrest and the same issue.
My suggestion is DO NOT BUY BEAUTYREST OR SIMMONS PRODUCTS. They don't stand behind their failures.

We spent many hours testing mattresses to be sure we had the best option for us and we were willing to pay for the best quality. We finally chose a king size Black L matress in luxury firm and it was wonderful...for about 101 days. Then our morning backaches started to return. Very quickly our backs were as bad as when we were sleeping on our 15 year old mattress. By the end of 4 months there was a very noticeable dip in the mattress. The center of the matress felt completely different than the sleeping area. We tend to be be very careful informed shoppers as we are not wealth this was probably the the eorst, and most disappointing purchase we have ever made. With the matress, frame and all the additional but useless warranties we spent well over $5000. Devastating!

I have had 5 or more Beautyrest Mattress over many years, I thought it was a good company, I thought the Warranty would be good, but I can assure you that this thought was all wrong. The Customer Service is lacking or poor, and when there was finally an issue, the Service department seems to postpone a warranty claim by asking over and over again for pictures, and when you send what they ask, they do the same thing making it very difficult to get anything done. It seems that they want you just to give up.

They keep asking for me to pick up the mattress, take pictures of the box springs and Bed Frame and mattress, but I have done this 3 times already, and they keep asking for more pictures, this has gone on over 1 year back and forth.

I purchased the Mattress from US-Mattress, I called them to let them know that on the right side of the bed, an indention where I slept was getting deeper, and my back started hurting me bad, I contacted US-Mattress and they said that it would be a warranty situation and sent me a claim form.

I sent pictures, a story, of everything, with the purchase receipt, labels off the bed, about everything that came on the bed, I did get a response within 2 weeks, but the Warranty Department would not communicate and kept asking for more pictures and postponing processing a claim. All I want is my mattress replaced due to the mattress sinking in and not filling back up, but Beautyrest makes this process horrible!

Now everyone now knows why Amazon is growing so much, they make returns or replacement easy, unlike Beautyrest. Companies like Purple, take care f this matter on the same day, easy to deal with I was told by a family member.

I'm sure Beauty Rest makes a good mattress, or I would have not purchased so many in the past, but the service the Warranty Department gives is absolutely poor!

I would not recommend anyone buying from Beautyrest anymore, look for a company that stands behind their product and appreciates customer satisfaction.

If this Review gets to management, this is concerning Claim # 818375, I have asked to speak to a manager, but to no luck

It is the second Beautyrest mattress I buy. Comfort is excellent but the quality/durability is soso. My new mattress got a problem within the first year of use, but Beautyrest (Simmons) never wanted to honor the warranty. Can’t recommend this company at all.
