I love taking these so much more than a regular powder! Now I just throw these in my gym bag and take the gummies before my workout.(: they also taste so amazing I can’t get enough!

flavor SO good, even better results!
The flavor of these are SO good and the results are even better! I started taking 3-5 gummies daily for the past 2 weeks and have seen a significance in my gym performance and strength. The only downside to creatine in general is the bloat and "fullness"
