If ZERO was an option I would choose it. Against my wishes and many requests for cancellation and refund, some fools have shipped the unwanted order. Very poor customer service. Scammers.
Excellent service. Tyronne was a massive help and made the process very straightforward.
I was supported by Ty McKenzie and appreciated the support and information over the last month whilst trying to make a decision of who to go with for our ISO accreditation, throughout the tendering process Ty was professional, kept us well informed and demo'd what the business could offer.

The demo from Danielle was really thorough - she showed me how the platform worked, which gave me confidence in what I was signing up to. The platform is easy to get around and the help area is great if you need guidance on any of the stages. I feel confident that I'm ready for my 9001 audit now.

I have had the pleasure of using the system and seeing first hand how simplified and intuitive the platform is. It provides a step by step approach to becoming certified and preparing for audit. Plenty of information, guidance, templates and sample answers to demystify the process.
