The shoes I ordered are comfortable enough for daily wear. I wore them all day and didn’t experience any major discomfort by the evening.

Ordered a pair of men’s tortoiseshell sunglasses discounted from £50 to £25. Unfortunately, I neglected to check the TrustPilot reviews before I paid - big mistake. It took them 11 days to arrive and, honestly, if these sunglasses are worth £25 then my used underpants should go for a tenner. I’d guess that a magnifying glass held up to the sun would provide more UV protection, and given I’d prefer not to go blind I shan’t be wearing them. This goes down as a stupid tax, completely on me. But hopefully I can help you avoid the same mistake, dear reader. Don’t let my sacrifice be in vain

Would have gave 0 stars if an option! Paid £30 for some womens rose gold sunglasses and they sent me cheap plastic gold sprayed glasses that I wouldn’t even wear to a fancy dress party! Will not provide a refund and had the cheek to offer 50% off my next purchase! Site needs closed down, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!

I ordered a black skirt and accidentally added two to my cart. Customer service cancelled the extra one before it shipped and refunded me quickly. The skirt that arrived is gorgeous, with thick fabric and really clean stitching. That kind of service makes a big difference.

DO NOT USE! It’s a scam. The other reviews are correct. Delivery times long returns cost more than the item received.

Scam. Ordered a pair of sunglasses 2 weeks ago, not event sent them out yet according to the tracker. No correspondence from company and no response back from customer services.
Reported to Amex and Trading standards

I asked to switch the colour of the dress I ordered, It was done within an hour.

This is a fraudulent shop front for a scam originating in China but representing itself as a British business . Thankfully Barclays bank were quick off the mark and they refunded me the purchase cost in full within hours of reporting.
* Buyer Beware* They had also marked my card as a reoccurring purchase hence my reference to fraud . As soon as I sent Beckett - London the response from Barclays Bank they responded by email (having previously ignored my emails to customer support) If you get taken in as I did ,then contact your bank immediately Im very grateful to Barclays 🙏🏼

Misrepresentation

This company is actually based in China, not London. As soon as you press pay, they say it’s dispatched and you cannot cancel. Worse still, in my case, my receipt shows a lower amount to what has been taken off my credit card. This is now been raised as a dispute with my credit card company.

The retailer’s presentation led me to believe I was purchasing from a London/UK-facing retailer. The company’s actual disclosed legal entity is in the Netherlands, while the goods are fulfilled from China and returns are required to China. This information was not sufficiently apparent to me at the point of purchase

The dress I ordered was stunning! I love it so much. Unfortunately it was a little too small and I am working with customer service to exchange for a bigger size. They are wonderful! They respond almost immediately. I would size up on this dress and buy it right now!!

Not sure how to rate Beckett-London as they asked me to give them a review offering me 20% off before I’ve even received my order!

Bought a pair of shoes for 79.99 size 8 for holiday. Size 11 arrived wrapped in plastic. Have emailed 4 times with no reply.

I got the floral cardigan because it looked cute online, but it’s prettier in person. The print doesn’t look cheap and it layers well over plain outfits. I wore it to work and got asked where it was from. Packaging was simple but clean.

Unfortunately the same story as everyone else! The quality is extremely poor and the fabric looks cheap.

We were initially offered a 10% refund if we kept the items, then 20% and then finally 40%.

I’ve declined them all requesting their return address to China! They are not responding.

Very poor quality items. Returns incur huge costs to transport back to their warehouse in China (which isn't mentioned on their website). Means returns are not financial viable and you are left out of pocket with some shoddy items.

BECKETT AND LONDON they say! it’s coming from china. Paid for a linen set 2 days ago I’ve not even had a confirmation email to confirm the order. After reading into the other comments on here it’s a china based company selling awful clothes. I’ve asked to cancel my order but I’ve had no reply on the order. I’m now doing a charge back from my credit card company and bank. Anyone thinking of ordering off this company don’t. The other company who they are trading as is a company called Hartley York. They sound good but are china based shops selling awful clothes.

Exactly the same experience as every other review here. Not sure how the rating can be 1.9 if every rating is a one ?!!

The item I received looked nothing like the product advertised.

Website advertises “Free shipping and 30-day money back guarantee,” told I had to send it back to China at my own cost and cover any customs fees (up to £40). This was not made clear before purchase, and the name “Beckett London” certainly doesn’t suggest returns would need to go to China.

They also offered me just a 10% refund if I kept the item, which is unacceptable when the product is not as described.

As I am a UK consumer, my statutory rights apply. Goods supplied by a trader must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. Where goods are not as described, I am entitled to reject them and receive an appropriate refund - this has not been the case.

In my opinion, this is misleading. I wish I had checked more carefully before buying, and I would strongly warn others to avoid.

The worst company to order from they are the biggest scam company going. Need to be taken of the internet before anyone else gets scammed. Asked them to cancel my order before it was shipped they ignored me then shipped the order and emailed saying sorry it’s too late. Disgraceful company.

This Chinese company is a scam
Their website is designed to fool you into thinking it is UK based. They do not use Royal Mail and their claim re peace of mind returns is untrue. I ordered what appeared to be high quality short fitting swim shorts. I received 2 very baggy below the knee very poor quality shorts. No mesh interlining, no label, no side vents. After initially being offered 10% refund, after several emails I was given 50% refund. The shorts are unwearable.

Same problem as everyone else. Order quality shocking, no collar on both shirts and material wasn't linen. The company is based in China and id say this is a scam. Will be reporting to the police also. Managed to get money back through credit card!
