Excellent experience I contacted them online and there response was quick and very informative so I decided to visit the shop in Dorking to view the piece and it met all my expectations,overall a very pleasant and professional transaction, thank you.

Tom was very helpful and provided a quick, quality service at a very affordable price. Excellent knowledge of all things watch related, would definitely recommend.

I was nervous about buying such an expensive item online but all the reviews on eBay were positive, there were plenty of positive reviews on Trustpilot and any negative reviews had appropriate/sensible responses. The shop was clearly visible on Google StreetView. So I took the plunge!
Minor panic – the first delivery did not contain a watch, but eBay messages and a quick phone call reassured me that the seller *was* actually trying to avoid a potential scam.
Receipt of the watch was delayed by Royal Mail’s inability to provide the service that was paid for (Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm). Delivery attempt #1 arrived at 13.20. Delivery attempt #2 arrived at 14.15. On both occasions I had waited at home for as long as possible given my other commitments. Today I have made a 20-mile round trip specifically to collect the watch from the Delivery Office.
Back to the item. It is just as described and was packaged superbly, with plenty of supporting paperwork.
All my communications with the seller have been promptly replied to, reassuring and very helpful.
I am very pleased with the watch and with the service from Beckett & Saks and would highly recommend them.

Tom was very knowledgeable, patient and provided me assurance that if my wife didn’t like it (Xmas present) we could return and let her choose her perfect one, luckily she loves it and came with all the original paperwork etc.

Due to the limited time I had that day, I left the shop without all of the paperwork, this was kindly sent to me with a hand written note.

In summary a great experience and would recommend this shop as pricing was also very competitive- well done to that team.👍🏼

Been there twice during the advertised hours only to find the shop closed. And a notice saying "Come in, we're open".

Never put me wrong so far and I dont expect him to. In fact he's actually been so honest with me and told me not to purchase certain models as the prices were dropping - which later turned out to be true and saved me loosing out

I visited there store in Dorking today and only wanted to ask a couple of questions as im not in a position to purchase a rolex at the moment.
I found them very honest, knowledgeable, polite, friendly and the shop has a warm atmosphere to it.
They knew I was going to buy and still offered me a coffee and took the time to explain models and differences.
I feel im now in a much better place to buy and when I do, it will only be from beckett.

Firstly, you state that you received a deposit on 15/08/2025 and then claim you “didn’t hear from us until 09/08/2025.” That would be a week before the deposit was even made — an impossible timeline?!!!! 😂. If you’re going to rely on dates in your explanation, they should at least be accurate.
Secondly, your own emails confirm that full payment was received and that the watch would be posted immediately. Despite this, no tracking number or proof of dispatch was ever provided, and communication became evasive.
At no point did we behave “relentlessly” — we simply requested confirmation that a £9,000 item we had paid for was actually on its way. The unprofessional response we received (“I wish I’d never got involved with this transaction”) speaks for itself.
Finally, if the parcel was genuinely sent, there would have been a tracking number, not a sudden “recall” conveniently followed by a refund. The inconsistencies in your account only reinforce why I stand by my review and why others should exercise caution before purchasing!!!

What a great service. Bought my wife a Rolex from these guys and their professional attitude and completely brilliant customer service were second to none. We fully endorse this company and will definitely use going forward.

Bought my Rolex through eBay it came a day earlier.it is in mint condition all the paperwork is present.And was £2,000 cheaper than other dealers. 10 stars

Great people and company to do business with, watch better than described and all paperwork supplied , I was dubious about purchasing something so pricey on eBay but I needn’t have worried here all was great.

Thoroughly impressed with my experience with Beckett & Saks. As this was an online purchase, I was initially cautious, but all my questions were answered promptly, professionally and politely. The actual buying process was smooth and efficient, and the watch was delivered the next day as promised, and with all the correct documentation. Needless to say the watch itself was exactly as described, if not in better condition. The photos and description certainly did not do it justice.
Can highly recommend Beckett & Saks if you are looking to buy a quality watch.
