I am very happy to update the review I left regarding Bedable's customer service.
I've never had any issues with my Hotmail email address before, and I've had it for around 15 years. That said, I appreciate your response, explanation for the delay, prompt refund, and very generous offer to allow me to keep the towels as a gesture of goodwill.
The towels are lovely and will make a wonderful wedding gift, which was their intended destination. I have absolutely no complaints about the product quality, delivery, or the luxurious packaging.
To reflect this positive experience and your efforts to resolve the issue, I have updated my review. I completely appreciate that negative reviews can be very damaging to a small business, and I am happy to acknowledge the excellent way you have handled this matter once it was brought to your attention.

Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry you were left waiting.
Your email was filtered into our spam folder before anyone on the team saw it. It was flagged because the address it came from did not pass the standard sender authentication checks, so it is worth raising with your email provider, as it could affect other emails you send too.
Either way, we want to put it right. We have refunded in full to your original payment method, and you are welcome to keep the towels. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for it to show.
Reviews matter enormously to a small team like ours. They are how new customers decide whether to trust us, so every single one counts. If you take a look at our other reviews, you will see that a quick, personal reply is what people normally get from us, which is exactly why this one stung. Your message simply never reached our inbox, so nobody was ignoring you.

Definitely recommend. Bought some cotton bedding which arrived beautifully presented with very quick delivery. Forgot to apply the new customer discount but they were very helpful and refunded this post payment. Try them you won't be disappointed.

Order came within 2 days and was so well packed, both bottom sheet,duvet and pillow cases came in their own bags, nice touch. The material is so soft and just the best bed ware I’ve had. Don’t know how they wash yet, but will update when I do. Hope they wash ok as I ordered 2 sets

Not only do they sell my favorite…
Not only do they sell my favorite bedding the percale range (the sofest and most comfortable bedding) but the customer service is another level. One of the only companies that can cancel an order after you have made it before it’s sent out because you ordered the wrong set!! No company does that they always say it’s too late and then you have to go through the return process. Selena was so helpful in sorting everything out and making the shopping experience online seamless!!
