Wir haben ein Apartment in vale de lobo gebucht, ein Jahr im Voraus bezahlt und jetzt im März gekommen. Wir hatten um deutsches Fernsehen gebeten, auch angeboten das extra zu bezahlen. Das war schon sehr schwierig mit der Front Office Managerin die Service anscheinend nicht kennt. Das deutsche Fernsehen wurde dann doch nach langem Hin und her organisiert, aber bei der Anreise funktionierte es nicht, es war nicht freigeschaltet beziehungsweise nicht bezahlt. Auch hier hatte man es vorher nicht ausprobiert, aber mir gesagt, es würde gehen und mich hingestellt, als ob ich das Gerät nicht bedienen könnte. Der ganze Außenbereich und den Pool war schmutzig und nicht gereinigt ebenso die Terrasse wurde auf meine Reklamation nach gereinigt, aber die Terrasse selber nicht. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht über die Klimaanlage, wir hatten gebeten, uns dabei zu helfen. Als dann die Terrasse nach geputzt wurde. Hat die Reinigungskraft das Gerät eingestellt und wohl auf kühlen so hatten wir im Raum maximal 16° und haben gefroren, da es auch draußen extrem kalt ist für diese Jahreszeit. Unsere Bitte uns zu helfen dieses Gerät richtig einzustellen, hat diese Front Office Managerin wieder verneint. Ich glaube 20 mal Bilder geschickt mit WhatsApp mit einer Einstellung, die vorzunehmen ist. Es hat nicht funktioniert, weil die Vorgabe falsch war. Ich habe sie gebeten doch jemand zu schicken das hat sie verneint ohne jeglichen charme oder Hilfsbereitschaft. ein Mitbewohner im Haus hat es uns dann eingestellt. Es war vollkommen falsch gemacht. Die Front Office Managerin hat zu mir gesagt, ich solle machen, was ich will, weil ich sagte, ich suche mir ein anderes Apartment und will mein Geld zurück. Sie scheint kein Interesse an Vermietung zu haben, denn ich hatte ursprünglich ausgedrückt bei der ersten Buchung, dass wir auch nächstes Jahr wiederkommen würden für einen Monat aber das scheint für sie nicht von Interesse zu sein. Eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Ich kann diese Firma nicht empfehlen. Sehr schade wir haben uns unheimlich geärgert

The worst experience I have ever had…

The worst experience I have ever had with an Airbnb affiliated company. The staff are rude, unhelpful and basically call me client a liar.
My booking was for 2 months. In the first week things started to go wrong.
I sent pictures of all the issues. Stained furniture, rusted oven, inadequate crockery. Dishwasher that didn't drain. Then the construction started on the other apartments in the block. I was informed that there was nothing they could do about it as they did not manage the other flats
I contacted them and said I wanted to cancel the 2nd month booking but was told I would have to pay for 30 days anyway so in other words I would have to pay and be out of pocket for the whole month. Eventually I was offered to move to another apartment but would have to pay MORE. Or an apartment in a weeks time that belonged to the same person but we couldn't view it before hand. As you can imagine I didn't have much faith in that option I have reported the issue to Airbnb who I think encountered the same rude person that I did.
I will never use this company again and

AVOID STAYING HERE AT ALL COSTS

After looking at the pictures and location we had high hopes.
Unfortunately, my stay at this property was very disappointing.
It started with the check in being located around 8 miles from the Airbnb, then from day one, there was loud construction noise from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every weekday, which made it impossible to be in the apartment during the day. The host offered to relocate us to another property, but required additional payment upfront, and would then refund... which was not feasible.
There are also excessive fees - guests are charged extra fees if a dish is left unwashed or bins aren't emptied. Additionally, the host demanded a large deposit outside of Aironb, which is against Airbnb's policy, and they planned to hold it for 30 days.
I was advised I would be refunded 2 nights to resolve the noise issue, but after my stay they went back on their word and declined to refund.
Please don't make the same mistake as me, find

The Check in and the check out were…

The Check in and the check out were done with no issues. I find the deposit return terms very off normal procedures. Bed and Sun state they will release the deposit by the 30th day after check out. I don't understand why you would need this long to check if the apartment was left in good conditions.
The Bed and Sun person who assisted me was not very nice.

Unstable service and no cleaning.

Unstable service and no cleaning.

Cleaning was arranged, but 2 times they didn't do their job.

However, Bed and Sun had no problem finding excuses why there was no cleaning.

Other cleaning was scheduled, but they came in the middle of our 0 year and 1 year babies midday sleep (instead of arranging a certain time in advance).

We tried to tell the cleaning staff this, but no english.
