Questionable customer service
The bed arrived two weeks late and was damaged. It had taken a little time to arrange the return and refund but the company agreed to send a label and arrange a pick up.
Another week on and I’ve not received a label. The collection was meant to be today but no one has come.
Also, you’ll see that the company is trying to discredit the review by suggesting I’m not a verified customer. I have a customer number and credit card evidence of payment.
