BedsDivans Opiniões

Very pleased with my purchase , easy to assemble, delivered on time and I was kept informed on what time I would receive my purchase.

First time buying from Beds Divans and they were amazing. We explained we needed the bed before Christmas as it was a Christmas present and the woman that we spoke to made sure we got it in plenty of time :)

Ordered a small double bed off this company leading upto the Christmas period. The delivery company couldn't bring it until January 2025. This bed company went above and beyond to make sure my bed was delivered before Christmas. The bed itself is fantastic quality. The two wooden drawers have a lot of space. The headboard is of excellent quality and very comfortable. The mattress was soft to medium and very comfortable to sleep on. I highly recommend this bed company to provide you with a bed of your choice.

Sorted my delayed delivery due to christmas the best they could.

I ordered two beds and mattresses barely two weeks before Xmas for my girls and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating helping to get these to me in time for the big day. All messages were responded to quickly and politely and they really did go above and beyond to make sure they arrived with me in plenty time.

Beds are excellent quality and the mattresses are thick and comfortable. We added the option for drawers and the storage space is a big plus for minimal extra cost. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great price, quick delivery,
Bed is nice and sturdy and the mattress is super comfy.

Good customer service and process everything efficiently.

The company were excellent to deal with and were able to rearrange the delivery to fit in with our son’s working schedule.

What a professional company to deal with, the customer service has been excellent. We had a very minor problem, and their customer service has helped us, being elderly and disabled it is comforting to know
that this company went that extra mile to support us. Thank you so much BedsDivans and a special thank you to your delivery Driver so kind, and also to Ali for helping us.

Great service from start to finish. Delivery driver polite and friendly. Bed so comfortable and stylish. So happy with my new bed
Thank you

Teenage son is very happy with his new small double bed. The base sturdy and drawers all correctly open. Mattress will do the job for a year or so. The headboard went on smoothly. The delivery was very early, we knew would be between 6am-8am and they knocked at door 5.40am. But that was fine. All in all, good value item.

Excellent service and product

bed and matress satisfactory

Very happy with cost and quality..arrived very early in the morning as he had travelled from Wolverhampton all night.

Couldn't give 5 stars because I had to make adjustment to all the drawers so that they did not drop down past the bottom of the divan. Other than that very pleased with the divan base.
