My 2.5 year old queen Bedstory mattress collapsed in the middle. Normal use and never received any 10 year warranty that they claim to have on their mattresses and I had all the receipts,Pictures and video of the collapsed mattress. Their solution was to buy a topper for the bed. The bed had to be thrown out. Do not buy from Bedstory unless you would like to spend 400.00 every couple years. Customer service was difficult to find on their website. I will not buy from this company again.

Very disappointed. Ordered a mattress and hours later received a message that it was out of stock. I will make sure to avoid this seller in the future.

My experience with Bedstory turned out to be a test of the policies of Bedstory. I ordered a King firm mattress topper, which turned out to be too firm for our needs. I inquired about their return /refund policy, and they offered several solutions. Ultimately, Bedstory upheld their satisfaction guarantee, despite some challenges, resulting in my total satisfaction.

I ordered a BedStory topper that unfortunately turned out to be a bit too firm for me, but the customer service was absolutely outstanding.
Emily from the support team handled everything with kindness and professionalism; she replied quickly, understood my situation right away, and offered a very fair solution.

It takes weeks for them to reply and they didn't even resolve my issue, even though they offered me a 30% refund, I didn't hear from them back after several weeks later. Until then, Amazon already helped me out on this and I've got a 100% refund.

I had a great experience with BedStorry. I ordered a 4 inch mattress from Amazon. When it arrived and was totally set up it only expanded to 3 inches. BedStory was quick to respond to my concerns. They offered a discount or I could return the mattress. I chose the discount because returning it was too difficult. Bedstory with their response and resolving my problem. I will definitely buy from them again in the future.

We had some questions before we ordered the bed. Customer service was amazing.
Friendly and Quick to respond. We ordered the bed. Our first time to order a bed on line. We are 69 and a little concerned. The bed arrived in 2 days and seems well made. It was easy to set up. However the bed was firmer then we expected. So we emailed Customer Service and Emily responded quickly, friendly again a AMAZING experience. We highly recommend this company

I highly recommend bedstory just because of their customer support team. I was having some issues with the mattress i have purchased but the way their customer support team resolved my issue was amazing.

I purchased a king size mattress from these people for our second home which we stay a few nights a week while visiting our kids. We are seniors and have had a horrible painful experience with this company. After just over a year, the bed was starting to collapse all over. We called the number and we told the Google customer was not available? Finally, through Amazon we were able to get a hold of someone via email. We sent pictures as requested and were offered 30% back at which I declined. They came back at 70%, I also declined and was appalled at this tactic. I finally spoke with a manager at Amazon who credited the full amount and helped us order a replacement from a more reputable manufacturer. We have both suffered terrible back pain and have had to wait too long to get this corrected with not very professional results. Stay away from this company, save your time, back and peace of mind!

Still waiting on return label . I didnt order a bed in a box . Been talking to ebay and the store . They send a return label in another scam floor mat. The return label needs to be in PDF file so it can be printed . The mattress still in box today

I would say excellent choice and I was very particular on picking my bed so it took me a while and I narrowed it down to bed story 14-in King and I am very satisfied. Quality is good as well, very clean and well put together. Also very comfortable. Also I was in contact with customer service and they are awesome prompt and professional. Very satisfied especially on the pricing, good quality comfortable bed for the price I would try it out.

When I contacted the support team about some damage during shipping they responded quickly and fairly. Two months later I contacted them to say the mattress was not comfortable and sagged towards my partner so I was left sleeping on a slope. They offered another discount or a refund. I chose the refund and they asked if I could find someone who would want it rather than them arranging a pick up and I was able to do that. Great customer support at Bedstory!

If you're looking for a firm mattress, I suggest this one. It is a very good quality and excellent price. When you have a need, the company that sells it is very helpful in responding.

Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden mit unserem Topper, mit dem wir viel besser auf unserem Boxspringbett liegen. Vorher hatten wir einen von einer anderen Firma, der ständig verrutscht ist. Das ist bei diesem nicht der Fall.
Auch der Kundenservice hat schnell und freundlich geantwortet,als wir Rückfragen hatten.

If you want a company that has your back when things go wrong, THIS IS NOT THAT company. It is to bad that they tie everything up with countless emails. If you wish to join me in a class action dance, then send me a message and I will add you to the growing of people that bedstory has SCREWED.

J'ai commandé 2 matelas garanties 10ans au bout de6 ans les matelas sont défoncés, je leur montre des photos pour étayer mes dires, ils m'en demandent des autres, pour me dire après on ne retrouve plus votre commande, alors retourner vers Amazon. Ils se moquent vraiment des clients.
