Terrible experience

Terrible experience - customer service explains not working services by "updating" something and so for days! So for days entire management console (CPanel) is down.
Also when they create an invoice before deadline then "they cannot change it anymore" if you would like to change billing period or smth, not pay entire year for their miserable service.
Performance of the service has been up-and-down anyway, but that is more-less expected when you want to pay a little...

They often have payment bugs and cause your server to be down without any compensation

I have bought many servers around the world, and this is the worst server provider I have ever used, bar none! Their payment system will produce a lot of bugs when using PayPal to pay, such as repeated deductions, or automatic deductions failing, or insufficient automatic deductions causing downtime. Even if PayPal is set up for automatic recurring deductions, the monthly payment amount is not fixed. If you overcharge, you will definitely not get it back. If you undercharge, your server will be shut down directly. I have been shut down 4 times a year due to various payment bugs. Now this time, after the order payment failed, I changed the amount to recharge the balance and sent a work order in advance for them to help me handle it. They replied that I had successfully processed it, but it was not successful after the expiration date, and my server was still shut down. In addition, their customer service response speed is very slow and the efficiency is very low. Any problems must be borne by the customer service. They do not accept any losses, even if it is their mistake!

PayPal subscriptions and payments follow strict predefined amounts and cannot randomly change or "overcharge" beyond what is configured by the client.

We also do not have any record of repeated unexplained deductions or system-wide billing failures leading to multiple service suspensions as described.

Service suspension can only occur in cases of unpaid invoices, in accordance with clearly stated terms, and clients are always notified in advance.

WORST a.k.a SCAM COMPANY

Worst Company Ever!

They claimed to have refunded me, but I received nothing, and they can't provide any proof. They said they had already refunded to my crypto address, but since it's on the blockchain, I can check on-chain myself. No transaction was ever made by them. Imagine, I requested a refund back in February, and it’s now August. They keep saying they'll contact the financial department, and I have to wait a week for every response.

They even made me delete my previous comment to get the refund, but it's all total nonsense.

All positive comments are fake, trust me xD.

DON'T EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

We have repeatedly provided you with confirmation of the refund to your credit balance, even though our service policy does not allow refunds for dedicated server services. We have delivered the service in full and issued a refund for the additional options that could not be installed on the server. All our clients know that they receive services promptly, with servers running smoothly, and in case of any issues, our specialists are always ready to assist. However, we cannot assist a client who, instead of focusing on developing their infrastructure, violates the equipment usage rules and blames the operator for it.

Everything was very easy and Excellent support. I can make everything with Cpanel, I can control the PHP versions and plugins. The server has good speed. Just I have one problem I must clear my browser cache when I make the upgrade from shared hosting to cloud hosting, support team help me to solve it.

By far the worst hosting i ever used

By far the worst hosting i ever used, i paid like 300euros and i can't login to my server , and they ask for so many personal details like real name and ip address

and they wont refund the money of the original server paid

A message to the CEO of this hosting, You need to find a good support team, your service is by far the worst in 2024!

Scam

Bought some servers, the servers were unusable due to some downtime, they won't provide a refund. They don't respond to tickets anymore, after telling me the billing team is on holidays.

Stable service, responsive support

I have been working with Beehosting for several years now. I find the hosting super stable and every time I contacted support (usually to fix a problem I created myself) they have been thoughtful with their response and resolved the issue quickly.

Disservice!

Don't waste your time with this service. I ordered the service for one year. Hosting was very bad. A week later, I applied for a moneyback. They refused a refund and stopped responding to my emails. I don't recommend it very much.
