Inconsistent and unreliable service

I order 2 items almost a month ago. I have not been able to track it as it says, “Tracking number not found”. Ive received 2 emails asking me to review my items and I have not received either item. Ive reached out to someone and it is a pain to try to get a response. They have given me no updates or anything in more than a week since they contacted me. I would just like an update on my packages and some real help.

Do not waste your time or money!

After months of searching and trying to contact bee mission for my package I still have not been helped or has my issue been resolved.

I ordered from beemission.com over two months ago and still have not received my package. Every time I fill out a contact support ticket it leads nowhere and I do not hear back from them.

I have responded multiple times to your support teams emails with no avail. Your reply is simply false.

I got the bracelet

I got the bracelet - the next month I had a charge they posted on my account for 12.95. I did not authorize this. Not sure what is it about. Tried to call the number the bank gave me - no one to answer. Not sure how to get in touch with them to cancel them charging my account for a donation maybe. Now I have a charge that they used with my card information and all I did was order a bracelet. Not right.

You can cancel at any time yourself using the link provided in the confirmation email, or by reaching out to us at our online help desk or social media. We do not offer phone service.

this company rips you off. You buy something and then they want to charge you a membership fee and won't let you cancel it. BEWARE!!! make sure you put it on a credit card that you can block the phony subscription fee. and ps -- jewelry is cheaper than what it appears on website. My advise -- STEER CLEAR!!

Awful customer service, and an inability to contact them and verify shipping information after multiple emails and tickets

I signed up for their subscription to buy some of their Freebee Friday jewelry on August 13th, and it has not shipped as of October 1st. I contacted them mid-September about my order, and they responded to let me know that the order was already shipped and that I would be receiving tracking information soon. However, it's been 2 weeks and the tracking information has still not been sent. It has now been 1.5 months since I've ordered it, and they haven't responded to any of my tickets asking for a refund or information about when the item would ship. Any tickets I try to open on their website are automatically closed, and their call center never seems to be available.

Lovely products but one non functional.

Greetings. In July I ordered two necklaces. I also signed up the free 30 day trial subscription and ordered a crystal bee gold bracelet - just paid shipping. I gave a necklace to one grand daughter and the bracelet to the other grand daughter. They both loved the items. However, unfortunately the clasp on the bracelet won’t open 5 people attempted to open it. We even used a kitchen knife to pry it open. No go. I would like a replacement. My grand daughter is anxiously awaiting her gift. Please advise.

Ordered earrings and they arrived…

Ordered earrings and they arrived broken. Emailed the company and they said they would mail a replacement. I asked for my money back. No replacement. They now say the earrings are out of stock. I asked again for my money to be refunded. Two days and no answer yet... poor customer service. Poor communication. I will be contacting the Better business bureau.

Read reviews and appears replies are better on this than the ticket system.

I recieved the necklace I ordered but they tacked on a free trial of some service that I have no idea how to access or what it even is. Sure enough the "free trial" automatically renewed for $12.95 and navigating their site to try to cancel is a nightmare. Also, instead of "You are my sunshine" the necklace said "Keep f***ing going". Do not buy from these people as their products can be found elsewhere for cheaper.

I love the idea of Bee Mission

Unfortunately, however the craftsmanship is inadequate. I bought the “you are my sunshine” sunflower pendant for my wife. With COVID it to over a month to get delivered. Once it arrived I was excited to give it to my wife, however, the pendant just seems so poorly made and fragile. The chain colour doesn’t even match that of the pendant and seems far too masculine for a feminine styled product. My wife has ditched the chain, and the pendant, with its issues, is now on a key chain. Like I said, I love the idea of these products but the quality seems to be lacking, from my experience so far, which would prevent me from buying more. If cost is an issue to afford quality materials and work, I personally would pay more for higher quality.

I am in UK and not as lucky as Graham

I am in UK and not as lucky as Graham. My orders from April haven’t arrived. COVID-19 sucks but bee mission shop does too for not initiating a trace with USPS. Tried to contact USPS myself, but having to fill out a form I don’t have all handling information for. I haven’t heard anything from Arthur (Bee Mission) since June and lost hope to ever see my items or a refund of my $150. Will have to contact my bank for chargeback if I don’t get an answer next week. So while I understand the Covid-19 situation I would like to add that Bee Mission could at least check with USPS what the situation is for oversea customers and inform in more clear detail. Not receiving the order after 4 months is super extreme. If it can’t be shipped make ppl aware or use other international service that actually sends item out and make customer aware of extra costs/choices etc.

I love what bee mission stands for and I wanted to contribute but that didn’t work out for me 😠

EDIT: Finally received my refund but that only happened since I kept contacting them, wasn’t initiated on their side so still not happy that it took 4 months. Only 3 stars from me!

Colour comes off!!! Cheap tat worth £1.26 elsewhere!

I ordered a necklace from Beemission and I loved it. Initially. Now, the gold colouring has come off and it no longer looks like a proper bee. I can only have worn it less than 20 times, so this is really disappointing, especially given the price!

I have just seen online that I could have paid £1.26 for this item on Ali Express, not the £30+ I did pay. To say I'm angry is an understatement.

BeeMission should be struck off! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!

TO ALL THOSE SAYING DON'T BUY

To everyone saying don't buy from this company, are they scam etc... no they're not. I too ordered a pair of earrings and a necklace back on the 17th April 2020, to date they are still in the States, 72 days ago. I paid for Priority International Shipping, with the free replacement insurance if lost or missing. By all means check the tracking LX825514808US.

I will admit that Bee Mission's Help Desk Ticket System is not the best and I was just sent the link to their updated COVID-19 Shipping Policy, however after contacting Royal Mail and establishing my order has never arrived in the UK, I then raised a dispute with PayPal and since then, Ollie at Bee Mission has been ever helpful and sent replacement earrings and necklace via FedEX Express International and they arrived from the States to the UK in 4 days (tracking 394219707455).

Before leaving a review, have you been reading / watching the news? If you have, also research into the crippling affect Covid-19 has had and in some degree, still having / worsening on America. This virus has meant their postal system (USPS) has gone into complete and utter meltdown.

America and USPS are reliant on airmail for postal services, with the airlines not running, there's limited options to get post out of the country. Their domestic post is delayed and being sent to all four corners of the state and in some cases, country. This is before we get to international mail. For mainland Europe, USPS are shipping containers full of post to Rotterdam, which is adding 3-4wks on delivery time frames.

Royal Mail have confirmed there is still the flights coming into Heathrow and FedEX flights are still arriving at Stanstead. However, it's the backlog in the States that's causing delays, they are running at like 5% capacity, though this is increasing as more and more flights leave the States. If you ordered something back in March / April, there is good chance that this will be buried right at the bottom of the remaining 95% or millions of items waiting to be posted out. USPS are dealing with the newest items and working top, down. So you will receive your item, eventually. Including my original package!

Open dialogue with Bee Mission through PayPal and your dispute / claim will be resolved.

I'd be happy to recommend Bee Mission to anyone, especially supporting small local businesses and charities through these weird and uncertain times.

(Fixed: Received)but Months, and no confirmation emails, or product

EDIT: I received the product yesterday. The shipping was super slow, and I never received a tracking number or anything to see the progress. Anyway it’s here, and exactly what I ordered. All is well I suppose. BeeMission really needs a process to contact them directly that can be found easily on the website or the confirmation email you receive when ordering.

I’m reviewing because it seems as if this is the only way I could possibly get a reply or send a message directly at all to this company. It’s been over a month since I’ve ordered a necklace (which wasn’t the cheapest item) I have yet to receive any information in my email saying the item is being processed, shipped, anything. I’ve spent hours scouring the website for a link to send my inquiry directly and there’s not a single simple solution in that regard. I’m super disappointed, and would have ordered more but this has been an awful experience. I honestly hate leaving bad reviews for companies, I’m super understanding in most circumstances, but it’s quite difficult to find anything to be positive about.

Only jewelery I wear with no bad skin reactions

I get really bad reactions on my skin and especially around my ears from wearing fake jewellery. If I wear fake earrings, my ears will blow up like a red swollen, pus filled balloon (not a pretty sight.) Bee mission is the only place that I have bought from with prices as good as they offer that don't make my skin react in such a way. I'm positive that they're real, as my skin as no reaction from them, and the quality the have from me and my sisters wearing my earrings and necklaces from them all the time and having them still in such good shape over the past few months is astounding to me. I love the mission they have to protect the bees and I've ordered so much from them for my family and for myself and we love them. It's great to know so you're getting affordable, excellent quality jewellery for a great cause. Not to mention that I find their jewelery incredibly adorable and elegant.
