Received my order quite quickly. Shoes were well made and fitted OK. Avoid service.

Good customer service! That's the second pair I got from Beheight, one pair doesn't fit and now returning the product without any problems. I will buy another one for sure!

Amazed by these trainers. Quality is excellent as is the comfort. And yes I get a confidence boost courtesy of the height increase. Cannot fault. Will ship again.

Two orders, two wrong sizes, they don't respond to their e-mail. They don't respond to their contact form, their phone isn't working.

No return instructions on their website.

EDIT: Regarding their reply - I tried to return the shoes well in the 30 days period because they are WRONG NUMBER. Without working email and phone is impossible.

Great shoes with none of the cringe advertising, tracked and received the next day.

I would give 5 star but they were a little delayed in dispatching my shoes. Didn't dispatch same day before 4pm as stated on the website.
However I have to say the customer service response was good, apologised for the delay and offered to refund the cost of delivery which was fair.
The product itself it really good, surprisingly a great fit which is rare for me when shopping online. The shoes give the height increase they are designed to and are comfortable. They feel high quality and will hopefully last, very stylish, would recommend.

Trainers look really good and are comfortable to wear.

I didn’t have high hopes mainly because of the low price how wrong was I , I ordered my normal shoe size and they fit perfectly very good quality and design I got a few compliments about the style.
They do what they say over 2.5 taller and so easy to walk in.
I would definitely recommend them

Ordered and paid for product 16 days ago still not delivered or any notification of delivery date ad gives you the impression they are a UK based company I don't think this is were the goods originate from I suggest you avoid this company at all costs

I originally wrote a bad review for this company because I struggled to get in contact with them when the incorrect pair of shoes arrived. However, they have since refunded me and allowed me to keep the incorrect pair of shoes. They were extremely understanding of my frustration and whilst being stuck in bed covid ridden unable to return the item they allowed me to keep it. I believe you’d have a positive experience if you want to shop here and Ryan in customer service was more than helpful with my order.
