Helped me get the best deal
Paul provided an excellent service in finding the right deal for me and tackling the admin 'leg work'. This was especially useful as I was pretty busy when my mortgage renewal came up.

Paula and Jake handled my case. They kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to help me. They were always available via text or e-mail to answer any questions and made sure I fully understood the process.
Honestly it was a strangely pleasurable process with none of the stress I’ve encountered in past mortgage changes.

Having delt with an online broker…
Having delt with an online broker befor,
I found believe finance to be alot easier to work with when situations arose i.e. proof of identity.
The way this is done could do with improvement tho. [ the photos too small to read]
There was no major drama.
My mortgage went through rather
Quickly which was a bonus.
I'd have no qualms recommending believe.

About the 4th time Iv used Believe now for mortgage, insurance & secured loan and I won’t use anyone else great service very fast, efficient & knowledgeable team.
Special mention to Jake who was fantastic! I had quite a few questions throughout the process and all I had to do was txt and he txt right back with all the information/answers I needed thank you Jake really appreciate all your help!
