When you can't find what you need in the States!
I have ordered twice from this company. Both times the items were delivered on time. They kept me informed via email.
This company is in the United Kingdom.
They had exactly what I needed in stock.
I could not have bought these products in the United States.

You emailed us regarding a size exchange on New Years Eve when our offices were closed, our out of office notified any emails received that we were closed and reopened on the 4th. In these circumstances we can offer a replacement product or a full refund. A further discount code was also provided to allow for the inconvenience. It is not the service we expect of our courier partner nor the service we aim to provide for our customers, our delivery rate is currently 99% and unfortunately on this occasion your package fell within the small percentage of packages that do go missing.
