The item that I have ordered came dirty and damaged. I have returned it and never received the refund. I am trying to contact the team for about 4 weeks and nobody is responding. I don't know what has happend, because at the beggining the communication was great

Sadly the item we wanted was out of stock, the team work tirelessly to contact the suppliers to get hold of this for us. There was no requirement to do so but they went above and beyond to help us.
Chiara checked in on us constantly to give updates on their progress. It's rare to get personal service like this these days, but to all at Bella Baby you strive to give this experience. I will pass on my recommendations to friends and family.

We purchased an air matress from Bella Baby and when it developed a fault a few months later they helped me arrange a replacment even though I couldn't find the original order email / proof of purchase

repklacement item was confirmed within a few hours and arrived within a week.

What a wonderful company! Ordered the YOYO pram and it was delivered two days later. The backpack was missing so I emailed them and they responded within hours apologising that DPD had failed to collect it but they would do so the following day, which they did and it was delivered today on a Sunday! After only ordering the pram on Wednesday!

They certainly have the very best and popular brands in their store stock which allows you to see the best options in person and try. My babygirl is now very happy and comfy.
