I got in contact with this company, and I thought for sure they were gonna hate me because what I needed is very picky. This company was very patient, they redid and redid and redid until they got it perfect and it wasn't their fault.It was that because of the situation.I have to be picky.. And let me tell you when the finish product was done.It was amazing, amazing that's all I got to say, amazing.They do great work.Turn around is very fast even with me being picky,lol . I made contact with Bella Digitizers via email asking about custom patches for my husband's business. Within 24 hours, I had a response. I sent the image I wanted. Then, within 24 hours, I had a digital rendering of the patch. Less than a day later, they sent me a picture of the test run of the actual patch. I made some requests for adjustments. Again, less than a day later, a new test run picture was sent. I gave the go ahead. I just received the product today and am VERY pleased. They communicate well, have great customer service, and their pricing is reasonable.
