Delivery took weeks and quality was very poor - but when I asked to send the dress back as it was too small, was very politely given lots of detailed instructions on where to send it back to CHINA - I was told I would have to pay the duty and it would need to be international tracked .. this cost £27 and the dress was £30!!!
I gave it to a charity shop 🙄

Scammers in my view . Linen dress that came it was polyester with a tag saying it ( tho obviously as cheap ) wanted refund and only if I pay to shop it to china - don’t go near it

Zero stars if I could, just read other reviews, word for word same happened to me, waiting for weeks, wrong item sent, Customer Service robots.

AVOID, I am not sure I will even receive my dress as have had numerous emails saying there is a delay at customs. I am annoyed I fell for this fake Company.

IMHO DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY If I could award 0 stars I would. This in my opinion is a fake website. Like other reviewer the dress I received is totally different style to ordered item and is an extremely cheap, horrible quality dress. I have emailed at least twice, sent photos of ordered item and one received. I have been totally ignored, not even an acknowledgment from their email. Returns policy is a joke, return to China at customers expense.

This is a fake website not a family business. I ordered a dress from them for £35 but never received it instead i received a completely different dress. I contacted them and they offered 20 % discount voucher of next purchase and keep dress. I didn’t like the dress they sent it was horrible and badly made apparently their goods come from China, so I asked for the address to return but have had no correspondence since.
