Love the quality stainless steel necklaces and bracelets—very durable. Had to return one piece and found their customer service prompt and friendly. So many positives with this company! Only snag is if you decide to return something, be aware of high shipping cost from US to UK.

Extremely overpriced. So far the quality seems okay but it definitely feels cheap. I'll never buy again or recommend it to anyone. The necklace is a bit snug and there's no adjustable chain. If I move my neck forward, the heart flips up and down. Overall, not impressed, satisfied, or okay with the price. A retailer that has so many 35%+ discounts just tells you they're overcharging for the quality. I got it with a discount code and I'd still never buy it again. Plus it took so long to get here I genuinely thought I was scammed.
