Customer service was GREAT!! I message them about an item that was out of stock and within a few minutes had a response. The lady who messaged me even searched the warehouse for the item I was looking for and found 1. She was so kind, writhing 5 minutes of me placing my order she had it packaged and ready to ship. I could not recommend this company enough!!!

Merchandise has changed. Quality level is not the same as previously. Headbands are too tight. Fabric has sparkles? Was supposed to be a knit.

The headbands are all so adorable it's hard to choose. The website is easy to navigate and I appreciate the emails communications on order status. I ordered very close to Christmas and my package came in time to put under the tree. She loved them!

Super fast shipping, and the items came in a lovely gift box. My daughter loved the barrettes and hairpins!

My package was delivered to the wrong address, I reached out to customer service via email and social media. No one ever responded. A neighbor eventually returned the package, so I finally received it. But the headbands and hair clip are so cheap and flimsy.

The shipping was FAST. The website is one of the easiest to use, and I immediately received notice that the discount had not been applied. It was received the same day. Plus their products are fantastic.
