Very nice quality clothing. Happy with my purchases from Bellpoque.

I ordered two dresses and a cardigan from Bellepoque and in fairness they arrived really quickly. One of the dresses was great quality and fit as expected. The cardigan was good too. Happy so far. However, the second dress, which I'd ordered in my size according to their size guide was not only too small, it wasn't made of the greatest material. I've tried to contact customer services via email a few times (that's what they tell you do to) and I've had no response at all. So basically I've had one dress for the price of two. Not great at all.

I purchased two dresses for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered them early since shipping takes a while. She had requested the sizes she needed from the size chart and they were both way too small. I contacted the company for options but there are none after 30 days. Not a good option for Christmas gifts.

Ich habe Blusen und Röcke bestellt und war von der Qualität sehr enttäuscht.
Als ich dann versucht habe Kontakt mit dem Unternehmen aufzunehmen, um eine Retour einzuleiten, wurde mir eine Mail geschickt mit den Vorgaben zur Retour.

Mein Geld habe ich trotz korrekter Retour (Sendeverfolgung/Zeiteinhaltung) nie zurückbekommen!
Begründet wird das dann mit den in den AGB's aufgelisteten Bedingungen: Geld gibt es nur zurück wenn innerhalb einer Frist die Ware wieder eingetroffen ist...selber hat allein die erste Lieferung viel länger gedauert, als angegeben - NATÜRLICH wegen der gerade herrschenden Pandemie und damit verbundenen Lieferengpässen.

Ich bin maßlos sauer!

Ach ja, das Porto nach China zahlt man natürlich auch selber ...
Durch und durch - durchgefallen! Hier sollte keiner etwas kaufen.

Customer service does not respond at all :( very bad communication overall

My order was shipped at 2 different times. I was concerned because I only received part of an order. I emailed Customer Service inquiring on my entire order Customer Service was very fast to respond and let me know the order was separated. The rest of the order arrived the day after I was contacted. Very happy with the clothes and response.

Bellepoque is amazing! The clothes are quality; the customer service/delivery was good. The prices are reasonable, and the sizing was consistent.

Their clothes looked so cute, but their sizing is waaaay off. I wanted to exchange it but their address is in HONG KONG, and I may not get a refund according to their policy or whoever is in charge of refunds, and I have to pay for my own shipping. I spent $100 on their clothing assuming it would be a normal return if there was a problem, but IT IS NOT SIMPLE OR INEXPENSIVE. Their clothes are cute, but THEIR RETURN POLICY IS JUST A WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY. Not satisfied at all.

I shop with belle poque...a lot! Love everything I buy from them, shipping is slow but I've never had any problems.

Very disappointing. Ordered 3 cardigans all of which are too big. Bellepoque state how its easy to return or exchange, do not believe this!! First they try and bribe you to keep the products, then make it very difficult telling you to return the items to China!! Steer clear if you want good customer service! Poor is an understatement.

Sweater received was not as pictured; return requires shipping back to Hong Kong - postage is more that the cost of the sweater!

Shipment took several weeks, and was 3 packages, but all the items I purchased are finally here and they are all lovely! The fit is good and I have a great looking outfit to mix and match.

Goods arrived as ordered and sizing was great.

I placed an order at the end of August and still haven't received it. I tried contacting them multiple times, they ignored all my emails. No updates on anything, Belle Poque basically robbed me so now I will have to file a dispute with my bank.
Horrible customer service, don't shop here unless you want to get robbed

While the quality of the clothing is very good, I have only received 2 of the 3 items I ordered over a month ago. You should choose a different carrier.

The fit is perfect, product is exactly as advertised and arrived quickly. I am very impressed with the quality and service received.
