We work on a 'no key- no 2nd fee'. All our initial advice is free and you only pay us a fee if we sucessfully secure you a mortgage offer. Going further, if that mortgage doesnt complete for any reason and we need to change mortgage company, by no fault of your own, you will never pay another fee to us. Buying a property can be difficult- valuations, solicitors, chain issues... if you need to change to another property, another mortgage, there is no addiotnal fees from Bell Financial Solutions !

First Class Customer Service
This is the fourth time I’ve used Daniel at Bell Financial Solutions and honestly, I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. He’s made what can be a stressful and confusing process feel easy, even fun-and that’s not something many people can say about mortgages!
Daniel is warm, approachable, and somehow always available-even at the most ridiculous hours. His tailored advice always feels personal, never generic, and you can tell he genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for you.
A huge shout-out to Hayley too, Daniel’s PA-who is absolutely brilliant. Between the two of them, there’s always someone on hand to help, update you, or calm your nerves when needed.
This time around, the addition of their app has been a game-changer. Being able to track my mortgage, get updates, and even read market news in one place has made things even smoother-and it’s reassuring to know I’m always in the loop, even between renewals.
Exceptional service, every single time. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel supported, informed, and in safe hands from start to finish.

Liberty and Molly have been fantastic…
Liberty and Molly have been fantastic throughout the stressful time of buying our first home. They thoroughly explained the application process and supported us to getting the best deal on both our mortgage and life insurance. No question went unanswered and I was also impressed by their attentiveness and speed at which they replied. Though our purchase process took six months, Liberty and Molly continuously checked in and supported in any way they could. I couldn't recommend them enough and l'Il be back in touch as soon as the time comes around to re-mortgage. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
