Northface no tags / washing instructions. Build quality is shocking!

Don’t waste your time or money. I’m normally very careful but I was busy and didn’t do my homework. Product is rubbish quality and completely the wrong size. It will go in the bin. If you make the same mistake as me, don’t waste your time trying to get a refund, you will just waste your money on return postage. You have to ask for permission to return the product, and you won’t get that permission anyway.
If you are wise enough to read the reviews before buying, then I know you will walk away. If like me, you do it after buying, learn a lesson, draw a line in the sand and move on. They won’t be around for long

BEWARE this company sells fake goods - i ordered a northface fleece and it came was poor quality and very obviously fake. Tried to return it and they would not provide any return label and kept offering me vouchers and ignoring my requests for a return postage label.

Cheap fake goods. Returns process is difficult and so expensive as to make it not worthwhile.

Do not use this company. I received fake imitations. They offer a returns policy costing more than the goods.

They refuse to admit they send fake products. Unless you want poor imitations do not use this company.

I was trying to get a refund and you haven’t answered it’s been 5-10 days this is the worst company i was meant to get £90 back but I didn’t

The company does not carry out its promise to give a 30 day return and refund policy if for any reason the customer is not happy. The product sizing is not in line with British Standards. It does show a size chart but it is not accurate, being 3 sizes out of line with British Standards. Consequently it makes it impossible to order with confidence plus it then proves to be very difficult to secure a refund after an incorrect size is sent. Not a professional attitude. Avoid....
