It was a very simple and reassuring process. They handled everything so that I didn’t have to worry about losing my home. I just completed my trial period and the modification was finalized. I am back on track with my mortgage payments, and I know I can trust them if I ever get behind on my payments again.

This company was very prompt and informative on its process. There was no difficulty understanding the steps and procedures to get the mortgage assistance I needed. They are very legit and stand on their word for their clients. The agent that was over my case, Cindy, was an absolute God send. She made sure I was on point with my payments and was very helpful and understanding when I had issues, and resolved them right away with no hesitation and no stipulations. I couldn’t have asked for any better to getting me back on track with my mortgage payments. There really are options for people that hit hard times and miss their house payments, so dont give up, this company here is true blue.

My experience with Bellwood was great! I was served with a notice of foreclosure sale for my property, and I contacted them for assistance. They explained how they were able to save my home from foreclosure by using dual tracking protection laws. Sure enough, they saved my home and resolved my mortgage delinquency so that I was able to resume a mortgage payment that I can afford. Thank you Cindy and Tina for all your help!

Bellwood consulting group is a total scam they took my money and did not help me at all. said to pay them and get my mortgage fixed and I pay them for loan modification but they promise all the good things but then took all my money and kick me to the curb. they took over 3000 . they hurt people and they lie and the scam you dont let them get you please run and done get scammed

Was so skeptical at first to work with Bellwood this company is the greatest EVER it took 6 months for us to save the home but they came thru 110% it was worth every penny now I saved my Father's legacy and without. Bellwood it would not of happened. Cindy. Gonzales walked me thru every step of the way she stayed in touch when there was nights I stayed up all night worrying its all behind me now It actually made me cry today when I went over the loan modification All I can say is. God. Bless this company

Bellwood Consulting Group was a life saver. They looked at my situation that seemed impossible to fix and worked magic. I am back to current and I have a lower payment. I would suggest getting their help to anyone who needs it. Don’t worry about how far you are behind on your mortgage or how bad your credit may be. They are worth every penny.

I had Bellwood work a miracle for me on my mortgage. The lender wouldn’t help me. They turned me down for a loan modification. Bellwood fixed my mortgage and got me a lower payment. I thought all hope was lost. If you need help they will help you.

I agree with the 1 star they told me not to pay my mortgage not to talk to the bank it can all be fixed just pay them but they wont tell me anything about if they are real or the owner cant meet anyone in person. real same story. the BBB said call the attorney general but they said seems no good dont pay at all they not legit. No attorney and fumbled when I was akin questions like who is the owner. Im a single man old and dont need to fall behind becasue someone promised me something. Stay away from older people and you cant charge for loan modification upfront period,. Was my fault for going online to get help

I used Bellwood Consulting Group and they were excellent. I had a situation where my mother had passed away and I was the successor of his property. The mortgage hadn’t been paid for almost 2yrs. Bellwood helped me get control of the property and then fixed the mortgage so it was current. To me it seemed to be unbelievable, but the magic is real.

I worked with this company and they did everything they said they could. They made me no promises and they came through for me and my family. I paid them through Zelle which made it easy and they held my hand through the entire process. I had a sale date on my home when they called me. They stopped the sale and saved my home. If you want to believe someone, believe me. I actually did business with them and it worked out great.

I got a call from Bellwood Consulting Group saying they can help me with some stuff, but then they told me I had to send $750 by Zelle to start. Right away it felt off. They kept talking but it didn’t sound right. They got a website with no staff page and no owner just blank really but when I tried to message and call nobody answer. They say they at 3350 Shelby Street Suite 200 Ontario CA 91764 but I don’t even know if that’s real. seems to be an address lots of people use. Just be careful cause I don’t think they being honest. I worked hard for my money and I don’t wanna see other people lose theirs. plus I called the attorney general and they say you cant charge. and my lender never heard of them
