Reliable and reputable, a treat to work with.
I've been working with Beluga as a contractor for many years now. I must say they are a great team. Most of all, they are friendly, helpful, professional, and quite innovative. They are very open minded, embrace new technologies, and have been able to grow generating a community that also grew alongside with them.
The workflow and the communication are great, and as a business they are very straightforward and reputable. Zero issues guaranteed.

It's refreshing to collaborate with an LSP that embraces modern tools while still putting relationships, trust, and human expertise first.
I’ve been working with Beluga as a freelance translator for quite some time, and it has been a genuinely positive experience. In a world where so much of the language industry is becoming automated and impersonal, Beluga still values the human side of translation. The project managers are approachable, responsive, and respectful. Communication is clear, payments are reliable, and I always feel treated as a professional rather than just another name in a database. They understand that quality translation comes from people, not just technology. I highly recommend Beluga to translators and buyers looking for a reliable and respectful partner.

Their systems and processes are streamlined and highly efficient. Competitive rates and prompt payment. Diligent project managers – Raquel has most frequently been PM for my projects and stands out as the best in my 13 years of experience.
