I’ve been waiting on my purchase for over a month. Still have not received it. I’m going to ask my lawyer to contact them if I don’t get it by tomorrow.

Has anyone reported this company ? I have now been waiting 8 months for my parcels which was not cheap . They truely are a ridiculous company who just run off with your money . I’m reporting them to the ombudsman

We order our merchandise a couple of months ago and when it finally came, it was only part of the order. After several emails explaining that we did not receive our products, they claim that they sent it and we signed for it, which was another lie as there was no signature requirement. I asked for my money back or the remainder of my order and then they cut me off and refused to respond to other emails.

Ordered three posters. Received two of them. The third poster never arrived. Contacted them to let them know. They would not send me the third image and only offered me $10 as a refund. All I wanted was what I paid for!!

SCAM ALERT! The item took more than 5 weeks to arrive and was nothing like what was described. Paypal should be ashamed to allow business with them. Same 3D artwork being pushed around by several companies. Don't fall for it...wish I did a deeper dive/search before impulsively buying this piece of junk. STAY AWAY

Ordered my parcel over 5 months ago and still not received my parcel. Asked for a refund and they just give an excuse every time 😡

This has got to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I purchased an item over 7 weeks ago for a gift which has still not arrived.
I contacted the company as I wanted my cash back as I am not made of money. But all I get is we have tracked your order and it is on its way. 21 emails later I am still in the same boat I just want my money back. This company does not abide by their company policy and clearly customers do not come first. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. I have taken this further as they should not be able to do this to innocent people. Lets see if something gets done.

Absolutely appalling!! It came 3 months later after chasing and chasing. For it then to turn up battered to death! It is creased and ripped. I have sent them photos as proof, no way it can be salvaged yet they are still refusing me a refund! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Wish i'd read the reviews first!

If I could have given - no stars for this company I certainly would have I waited10 wks for a pile of £30 junk I’m so annoyed 3D print that look so fake and frayed down the side a tiny heart with infinity which was misshaped and bent having learned a lesson here they shall be receiving an email and my Advice to others stand far back from this rip off company .

I would actually give 0 if I could. They are a complete joke always saying it’s in transit. I ordered beginning of September and still in transit. So looks like never coming. So keep away or be prepared to lose your money. These need closing down.

It is my objective to expose "companies" such as Bemadeofcute to the general public to advise NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM. They are full of lies, empty promises and should you get anything that resembles the goods you ordered, you will be highly disappointed. Give your money to a needy homeless person and your money will do some good BUT DO NOT fill the pockets of these scammers. Should you see another company with identical advertising and promotions stay away as it is highly likely they are affiliated with these criminals.
I hope Bemadeofcute staff and more so management, when they open their Christmas presents that they have come from illegitimate gains from people who will go without because of them.

Less than one star! Scam! alot of nice pictures but you won't receive what you think you are buying. I made the mistake of ordering one item and was offered a discount to buy more. I bought more thinking it would take care of my Christmas gifts. What I received was a few worthless cheap kitchen gadgets, a vegetable brush, a vegetable peeler, a folding cloth drawer organizer! GARBAGE!

I have been trying to email this company, but it says address not found. I put in an order in September and still not received them. Strange this is, I put in another order in October and got it. Wasn't happy with item, as it was creased up and expected it to be on a canvas for the price they charged. What email address have you been using to get in touch with them?

Wish I'd done my research before ordering. Tracking number said had been delivered it hadn't. They are returning my emails but getting nowhere with them. Just getting told to be patient. Reading these reviews I might as well give up . So disappointed in myself for falling for it.

Absolutely shocking product. Advertised as ready to hang but received 3 sheets of prints which were folded and created and weren't able to be hung without being framed or attempted to put on a canvas- which is more expense!! Total con so AVOID.

I recieved a scrap of material expecting a canvas.Keep setting up in different companies...Stay away,ripping off hundreds of people worldwide.

I have not received my order nor will they reply back to my email. It's going on a month and haven't received NOTHING! They will not get another penny from me again. Wish I could rate a zero star. Very pissed

Fake company. Gave PayPal a Royal Mail tracking number which was not in my name nor postcode. Snt me a different tra king number. Have not received item yet PayPal are still accepting heir version of events! DOT NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, OR ANY COMPANY NOT VERIFIRD FROM OVERSEAS. there seem to be little protection from Paypal

This compant is a Scam. You will receive a tracking that the item was already delivered. The item you are expecting is the Art Work. The tracking number of the Art work shows a 6 inches x 6 inches plastic packet which you find a small towel.
This company goes by many different names.
DO NOT BUY.

Received mine....didn't realise it doesn't come as framed but folded up folded canvas fabric (rather creased - I'd imagine I'd have to iron to get it out). Had I realised, I wouldn't of purchased to be honest... Wouldn't have said it was worth the advertised original price the way it comes at all.... Barely worth the supposed discount price seen as now I've got to get it onto a canvas frame and there isn't enough edge round the actual picture at the top and bottom to get it onto an actual canvas frame. Disappointed.
