BeMoto is always easy to contact and make changes to your policy. Just changed a bike from one to another...all done quickly and at the right price.

I wanted a policy with a sensible garage clause not for my bike to be uninsured when I am washing it on the drive or have gone in to take my lid off before putting it away, this I now have.
Not as cheap as the cheapest but you pays your money and makes your choice plus the other benefits outweigh the extra twenty quid.
The agent,(Mannie a real human in a real building in the UK), was polite and very thorough making the whole process easy really pleased and I expect to be back next year

Excellent customer service. Didn't have to wait on the phone at all. Was looked after by Manny and he couldn't have been more helpful. Insurance cost was less than I thought it would be.

Awful customer service and cycnical small print.

Agreed to pick up a bike, set up insurance the night before with these guys.....bike was not as described so did not buy it.

Tried to call Bemoto the same day/next day but not available over the weekend/bank holiday.

Got hold of them on the Tuesday after the Friday. Would not let me cancel depiste a fee equivalent to 30% of the policy cost.

I asked them to put the policy on hold while I found a new bike, they said they could only offer 14 days, no way long enough. Prior insurer gave me a month and was much more relaxed. Basically forced me to cancel as they'd charge me another 20% of the insurance fee if I cancelled after 14 days.

Rubbish service for bikers.

Will try the ombudsman.
