Prior to appointing Benchmark International to manage the sale of our business, we engaged with nine prospective broker firms and held in-person meetings with four. Benchmark stood out clearly from the outset as the most professional and capable organisation.
From start to finish, their service was exemplary. They produced a compelling and well-presented teaser document, proactively approached a wide range of suitable buyers, and expertly managed introductory Microsoft Teams meetings. These were supported by thorough background checks to assess each party’s financial capability and strategic fit. Their support continued seamlessly through to completion, including comprehensive assistance during the due diligence process.
Joshua and James provided excellent communication throughout, ensuring we were consistently informed and confidently guided at every stage.
While Benchmark may not be the lowest-cost option, the quality and professionalism of their service fully justified the investment.

Ich habe meine Anteile an der Revit Textileservice GMBH nach mehr als 25 jahre Unternehmungsfuhrung verkauft und wurde dabei von Benchmark International begeleitet. Ruckblickend bin ich mit der Zusammen Arbeit sehr zufriesen.
Von Anfang an war die kommuncation transparant und professional. Gemeinsam mit dem Team haben wir die verschiedene Phasen des Prozess durchlaufen, wie die Vorbeitung, erstellung der Marketuntelagen in ein Bid Book und der Managemnt Calls. Die Suche nach potenzielen Kaufern wurde durch Benchmark, soweit ich dass Beurteilen kann letzendlich Pofesionell und Erfolgreich durchgefuhrt. Nach der Auswahl des potenziellen Kaufers verliefen die Verhandlungen dank ihres beitrags und Ratschlag zufriedenstellend. Die Kombination von Erfahrung, juristischem und Menslichem Wissen mit der Fachkompetenz und dem Erkennung der mogelichen erfolgreichen Vorteile der Zusammen Arbeit zwischen Revit und der Kaufer hat hier zum Erfolg gefuhrt. Constant spamming by email asking to setup a virtual meeting to discuss "your potential exit options". Then more spam emails asking if you still want to schedule a meeting.
If you don't hear back from your spam emails then take that as a clear no, I don't want to schedule a meeting.
No unsubscribe option in the email so they are breaking the law.
Whilst I was sceptical when I was initially contacted by the Benchmark representative I can honestly say that the whole process from the moment we signed up through to completion went very well.
I was constantly kept up to date and provided with any information or guidance I needed.

I felt like the call I had with EL of Benchmark was more to collect information about my company (revenue, employees, profitability) than it was to understand what we do, our solutions, differentiation, etc. Instead of a video conference, it started as a phone call from a mobile phone, with little info from Benchmark. Then I had a 60 second paus for a transfer to another phone call with JB of Benchmark, someone who seemed to be reading questions for me to answer from a script. I gave vague answers as I didn't want to share any relevant info with them.
Selling a business can be a long and complicated process. The Benchmark team provided an excellent service from marketing, finding potential buyers and guiding us through the due diligence process.
I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a business sale.

I had an excellent experience working with Benchmark International. From the very first call, they demonstrated deep knowledge of the M&A process and provided clear, honest guidance throughout. They handled the valuation, marketing and negotiations with professionalism and discretion, ultimately securing a great deal for the sale of my company, Structural Science Composites Ltd.
